Está deliciosa la comida, el servicio es muy bueno y el lugar agradable. Siempre que voy a Nuevo Vallarta voy ahí.

We have been a few times. It’s a good restaurant. I had the ear shaped pasta twice. I like it better with the red sauce than rose. The mushroom risotto was for me too much cheese and I don’t do well with white sauce but I wanted to try something different. The wait staff is generally attentive and kind.

The food was very good but the service was not very good. Prices are quite reasonable for good quality food and wine. I would like to see more focus on service to improve on the overall dining experience.

We have been to Tarantella many times. All very good experiences until this Wednesday evening. The service was not up to par. The waiter had to be asked three to 4 times for the wine by the glass menu. He just wanted us to order either tinto or blanco. I finally was given the menu and ordered the particular wine I was looking for. They probably need more wine by the glass menus. We were six people, and salads came to all of us in a proper amount of time. And they were good. Food came to four of us after that, but the entre was cold for two people and had to be sent back to be reheated. The last plates didn't arrive until the rest of us were almost finished. The waiter never came around to explain the timing issue. Never apologized, and really didn't seem to notice. the music and ambience was wonderful. As usual. We hope better training of employees can be done and these issues can be overcome.

We go to Tarantella every time we are in Vallarta. Excellent food, drinks and service. They never disappoint. We will definitely go back again.

Service was absolutely excellent. The food was ok. Was expecting more for the price and hype. The pasta was insipid, the crust of the pizza was nearly transparent but at least had a good taste. Cocktails ok. The pita bread was delicious and the dressings too. They had a singer with a speaker and quite honestly it would have been better to just keep Spotify on... This is my second visit.
