   The food was outstanding! The service was second to none. But please please please buy a coffee machine.That amazing desert would have been so much better with a nice cup of Jo instead of the water we had to drink.

   Positives-our server was very helpful and informative. Drinks were good. Ambiance of venue was nice and all staff were helpful and nice. Negatives-food was not good. Potatoes were hard. The appetizers were not appealing nor had flavor. Overall will be back because of staff and ambiance.

   Me and my gf usually like going to te deseo. But we went to the valentine special and left super disappointed and feeling ripped off. It’s included 3 course and a dessert, which initially sounded good until you saw the portions served to you. First the ceviche, you only get one spoonful. Then the pupusas, you only get 1 small 3inch pupusa served on a huge plate, almost to mock you, that lacked flavor and felt like the the masa was undercooked. Then waiting almost 30 minutes for the “main” entree feeling like they’ve forgotten about us. The entree felt small as well but at least had decent flavor and seasoning. Then serviced our dessert which was also small and to be shared between 2 people. All this to be charged over $200 for, I felt disappointed and seeing my partner to feel like this on such a special day was not what I wanted for her. We even went to get some food else where on our way home to at least not continue feeling unsatisfied. This experience was not expected and definitely makes us not want to return, even though this was a special place and the place for our first date and where we went to celebrate our anniversaries

   Valentines special was not what I was expecting. It was a little over 80 dollars per person but you had to share the salad and dessert. I’ve been to restaurants on Valentine’s Day and each person gets their own salad and dessert. The server was great.

   Food took forever to come out, service was okay but had to ask for simple things like water. Was there for an hour and a half and was only served 2 courses out of 5 because we had to leave. Food was rather bland and way overpriced, will not be back. Drink was good though.

   Horrible horrible horrible experience. They ruined my birthday, my fiancee’s birthday, our anniversary, and valentines day. We originally booked at 5:15, they called asking if i change to 6:30 and they’ll get better table. I informed them it is four celebrations in one day and nothing should go wrong. It was so horrible, they put us on a table that is hidden somewhere in the restaurant (table in the bathroom would’ve been the only worse option), they got us waiting 1.5 hours for our food, begging for it, although everyone who came after us got their food before us. We starved, originally planning eating at 5:15, they fed us at 8 pm!!! They brought the steak completely unseasoned, well done instead of medium rare, got the chimchurri sauce after we finished our steak. No waiter passed by our table for a whole hour to ask if we need anything, i had to chase them literally to ask about things. I ended up paying $230 for a super bad meal with a very bad experience. I swear mcdonalds would’ve been better. If you have an important celebration, DO NOT go there! I consistently told them we’re celebrating four different things and they ruined all four of them. Tried to contact them and tell them about the bad service, they never reply. At the restaurant all they did was smile and say “sorry”. I do not need their sorry, they didn’t even try to make anything better or try to make it up somehow. They just completely ignored us and got us the check the moment we finished the last bite (that was the only fast service they had, the check)

   The location was very dead. The server we had was amazing- her name was Unique and she had great recommendations and was very personable and engaging.

   Beautiful place and delicious food. Great romantic setting to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Noise level and sitting was very accommodating. Only complaint is that the waitress kept making irritating comments about pricing, we obviously saw the menu and prices. If we chose this restaurant it’s because we have the means to pay.
