   We are regular diners at TBLG and have always experienced excellent service. However, yesterday was a major disappointment. We waited for a server to take our orders, but no one came, so we had to flag down several servers before someone finally took our lunch order. Throughout our meal, no one came to refill our water, and we had to request a dessert menu ourselves to place an order. My husband and I were treating our guests to lunch, expecting the usual great service, but unfortunately, yesterday did not meet that standard.

   Amazing food. The service was great also. We will definitely go back but will try Palo Alto which is closer to us.

   Amazing food, server was a little shy. The 2 top tables are way too close to each other. By the time dinner was over I knew that the girl next to us went to Georgia Tech, what she thought of Drake’s new album, and her thoughts on Elon musk among other things as she wouldn’t shut the hell up & we were so close to her & her date.

   Frustrating experience - a bummer since the plan was a special Valentine's date dinner. Ambience was meh/uncomfortable. We were seated in the middle of a bunch of tables close to the bar area. Plates and glasses were dirty and needed to be replaced. Lighting was light a spotlight on us. Too noisy for an intimate conversation. Staff was disorganized. Server was inattentive and very slow. Saving grace was the food - amazing as always. Didn't like that food was served all at once - seemed careless and cheapened the experience; pacing would have been nice.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. It was to celebrate Valentine’s Day and we chose the LoveBites five course meal. Each item was delicious, most of which were on the standard menu. The Crab Croquettes were a favorite, and their take on Beef (Prime) Wellington was very good - using shredded short ribs was much easier to cut through and eat than a tenderloin. Rated the ambiance as good, mostly because our table was rocking/not level. Would have been nice if that was taken care of before being seated. But to their credit, when a server noticed the issue she immediately put a wedge under one foot of the table - so overall, we found the service to be very good. Not only was the food delicious, but we appreciated the thought put into the presentation and order in which the courses came out. (e.g., The jamon iberico ham was quite good, but very rich and not served with any toast/starch. However, that was followed by the tomato carpaccio, which was refreshing and the acidity really helped to cut through the fattiness of the ham. Also, the tomatoes were not in-season but still very good - and is probably just me but I loved the capers, flavorful and just the right amount of saltiness.) We also chose the wine pairing, and the selection for each corresponding course was delicious.
