   Tables were backed up 30 min- expected for a holiday. Once we were seated we ordered right away. 2 cocktails a bottle of wine and our dinner, etc. wine took about 20 min (okay) but 1st cocktail took 40 min! And the second took 1 hr!!! Service was very slow to clear table. We had finished our salads before dinner was brought and we set the dishes aside bc no one picked them up. We finished dinner and were waiting for dessert and the table was full of salad & dinner dishes until after dessert was served. Food temps were ok. Servers brought out food and didn’t know what went where - had to ask everyone what they had, slow to get more water, extra gravy and napkins, etc. dinner for 7 once we were seated (for a fixed menu) took just about 2 hrs Very underwhelming.

   A beautiful setting. The service was excellent but the food was pretty average.

   $300 meal that was served ice cold but thats just the beginning - reservations at 2pm we waited 30 minutes to be seated which was fine as we arrived early however, we were treated like we were bothering staff when we asked for an ETA. My 81 year old handicap mother was with us so that is why we asked but we were treated like we were annoying the host staff. Our waiter Devin was very nice but obviously busy - food took over an hour and was ice cold...my husband was so angry by the time the food arrived we just ate what we could stomach and left as quickly as possible. Really very poor service and quality considering the price being charged. Atmosphere was gorgeous but that doesn't make up for the rest of the experience being a total disaster. Ruined Thanksgiving and was a total bummer. I've eaten at Tellers many times and never had a bad experience. I don't think we will be back after this.

   Had a reservation for 2 at 8:00 pm. But had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. There were plenty of tables open yet we were not seated for our reservation at 8:00. However, waitress service was good.

   The old art deco building has been beautifully remodeled and is worth a 1-time visit. Nicely decorated as they prepare for Christmas. There was no music playing and it's a bit loud with nothing to absorb the noise of the various conversations. The meatball and polenta appetizer with sauce was very good. So was the Caesar salad with its dressing and thin, crispy croutons. With an appetizer and planning to have desert for my birthday, we took our waitress's advice and split the salad. She was correct; good call here. My wife enjoyed the shortrib pasta dish with its very tender beef. I had the shrimp scampi and it was good too with a nice sauce. Service was good, although a bit slow. We spent 90 minutes eating dinner, but we had no other commitments so it was fine. If you were going to the symphony or a basketball game, it could become an issue. Disappointments: I wanted the pork chop dish, but was informed, after ordering, they were out. It was 7PM on a Tuesday, not 30 minutes before closing on a very busy Saturday, how can you be out of 1 of your 5 non-pasta main offerings? The wine I wanted to try was not available either. Again, not an extensive list, so keep stocked up. Dessert was "on the house" for my birthday. A nice touch often offered by upper tier places. Pick something other than the cheesecake.

   It was our first time dining here and we came in for our anniversary and my birthday, our server Lowell made the whole experience wonderful and memorable! Definitely would recommend his section when you visit!

   Teller’s is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is amazing and the ambiance is the best. We love taking friends from out of town here and they always love it!

    Another magical visit to Tellers! Christmas decorations cannot be beat. Just beautiful! Joe did a fantastic job of helping us create a memorable birthday celebration for my mother and I.
