After a profound reflection by Chef Diego Pérez Turner, he was able to understand that his obsession is to find the perfect ingredient in the season, as well as the fascination to cook an ingredient for several hours until it is perfectly done and the heart-beating emotion of the precise moment when the dish reaches the table, is merely for his deep love for time, as short as eternal.

    Deliciosa la comida, súper fresca y unos platos muy diferentes, buenisimos. El restauré muy bonito con mucha luz y el servicio excelente. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra comida!

    We had a simple dinner of cod fish which was well prepared and exactly what we wanted that evening. Excellent service on a quiet Monday evening.

    Gran lugar, muy bonito el restaurante, no está super lleno lo cual se agradece en CDMX y la comida está buenisima con precios muy accesibles principalmente en las bebidas.
