   It was Thanksgiving diinner. Dressing and potatoes were lukewarm. They wouldn’t substitute another green for the brussel sprouts so i had to order broccoli which they charged an additional $18 for. There were no dinner rolls. And, worst of all, there was no pumpkin pie.

   Thanksgiving 3-course meal was delicious & worth price! The reason for 4 stars was because the time between courses took too long. Our server was great, but very busy & it took a while to get a 2nd order of cocktails.

   The food is outstanding, the service was great very personable and attentive. We sent outside, there are a few too many pillows on the couches, but otherwise great venue.

   We thoroughly enjoyed dining at Terra in the fantastic Eataly Emporium! So festive and fun! Our sever, Jasmine was so kind, professional and lovely! She totally accommodates my elderly parents! She was so kind and helpful! It was truly a magical experience!

   We ate at Eataly Silicon Valley yesterday, hoping for a memorable meal, but were left thoroughly disappointed. Despite spending over $400 for a party of four, the portions were incredibly small, leaving us still hungry after our meal. The food we received was well-prepared, but the portions were shockingly inadequate. When the plates arrived, the portion was more suited for a child or a toddler than an adult. We were shocked by how little food was served! It felt like a significant overcharge for what we received. We ended up having to go out to eat again after leaving the restaurant, which was both inconvenient and frustrating given the amount we had already spent. For the price, we expected a much more satisfying dining experience.

   Excellent food and drinks. The service is consistently good. Time the floor manager was helping with service today and he is always so welcoming and gracious.

   If you never been at Terra at Eataly, go. The ambience reminds me of a restaurant in L.A. Menu was pricey, but tasty. 166 for an appetizer, benedict, salmone, crap cakes, latte, coffee and sales/tip. From the hostess, server, to bus person, they were polite and professional. I would go back to introduce to a newbie.

    Our waitress (young lady with short-hair and glasses) was fabulous! I’ve waited tables before and she was so attentive, very accommodating with kids, gave excellent recommendations and extremely friendly. I wish I remembered her name because she was wonderful.
