   We have been very regular clients of this restaurant for many years. Yesterday's experience was TOTALLY NEGATIVE We arrived at 7PM, per reservation, hostess advised table was being cleared. When we were escorted to table, we noted: Water Glass from previous client sitting on table, table was not wiped down and sanitized and no set up was provided. We waited about 10 minutes for server. No server came to table. We finally contacted hostess to clear table, sanitize and provide set ups. Waiter, pleasant, but unskilled requested drink order, he then returned with 50% of order and made 2 additional trips to provide total drink order. We ordered Caesar Salad, after asking if waiter would split for me and my wife. He advised yes, salad was delivered on one plate, no serving utensils and no plates for splitting. WE then requested Manager; in all our positive experiences a different, very positive manager was present. Manager arrived and advised that restaurant was experiencing high demand and did not have staff to support, he had server split salad. Our main dishes were served, 1 Chicken Parmigiana was ice cold, returned to be reheated (Microwave), Shrimp Parmigiana, which was ordered for all previous visits was basically breading on small shrimp, totally different from previous visits and returned to kitchen. Pasta, which was ordered with Olive Oil was served bone dry. Again, had conversation with Manager, who again apologized and now advised that Chef had auto accident enroute to work and that was problem with food. Manager comped most of bill. As previous regular clients, we will avoid this restaurant in future

   We have just put Terra Fiamma, Delray Marketplace on our DNR list, Do Not Return ! Been here many times before, liked the atmosphere l, liked the service and lived menu. Tonight not even close. Service was nonexistent, the food was warm and mediocre. After an hour, finally flagged down a hostess, told her we’re going to leave, and three four minutes dinner was served. No manager, waiter was nowhere to be seen. So many great Italian restaurants to dine near us this one is not a be of them.

   Half of the order was delayed over 20 minutes! The manager was very apologetic but our experience was not as good because our dish got cold while waiting for the other dish!!!

   Our meal was very good, service was excellent but noise level much too high. We had a very difficult time talking to our friends at our table. Music was much too loud which caused other diners to talk loud. Noise level took a lot away from an excellent meal.

   Outstanding service (Sadie), solid food & cocktails. Would definitely recommend to others. A bit loud, but in fairness there was a DJ playing near the bar.

   I’ve always had a wonderful meal with outstanding service, however tonight a much different story. After being seated, we had been sitting almost 25 minutes with no one stopping by our table to ask us for drinks. Finally I got up and went to the hostess stand and ask. I know it’s busy and I told the hostess we didn’t mind, however having a drink would have been nice. My husband and I had the linguini and clams which has always been my favorite dish there. Tonight though, the dish was full of broken clams, the shells were mixed in with the linguini, made it difficult to eat, also it was very dry, hardly any sauce. I’m not one to complain so I didn’t send the food back. I just thought I’d drop line to let you know my experience tonight.

   We tried to have dinner here before a movie and it did not work out. We were seated right away but after 20 minutes of sitting at our table and waiting, no one came over so we decided to leave. It seems like a nice place but there were no waiters working.
