Terra Gaucha is a classic Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse) serving various of cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and seafood all expertly prepared and served by our Gaucho Chefs. The meats are served Rodizio style, meaning all of the grilled meats are presented and carved table-side from large skewers piping hot off the grill. To complement the succulent meats, we offer a large selection of cured meats and imported cheeses, fresh vegetables, and authentic Brazilian hot sides in our gourmet salad bar area. Located in the heart of downtown at the Stamford Town Center, Terra Gaucha brings the best of Gaucho cuisine and hospitality delivered with a guest-first approach.

The Ultimate Churrasco Experience

An authentic service style hailing from Southern Brazil, where Gaucho trained chefs roast succulent cuts of meat and serve it sizzling off the fire carved table-side from large skewers.                                           We LOVE Terra Gaucha. It’s a family favorite and today we got to introduce friends to it that have never been. Without fail, everyone loved it. The quality of the food is outstanding and the service is unmatched. A huge shout out to Jonas, he is a gem. Our kids always look for him because he knows their favorite type of meat and always makes sure they have it. We’ll be coming back over and over again. Thanks for another great time!

                                          This review is long overdue! Our visit to Terra Gaúcha Brazilian Steakhouse was absolutely wonderful. We had a great experience from start to finish, the meats were fresh, delicious, and of excellent quality. The salad bar was amazing, with plenty of fresh options, but the real star of the show was the incredible variety of meats. Every cut was perfectly cooked, and we were pleasantly surprised to see salmon and shrimp included in the rodízio price. As always, we will definitely be back!

                                          Everything was great, food and the waiters excellent service but the wait time was too long, first time at Terra Gaucha im assuming it was cause it’s Friday and valentines?

                                          Overall all, experience was simply amazing. Highly recommend to all the residents of Stamford & those visiting the town. 10/10 hands down best restaurant in Stamford! Shoutout to all the cooks in the back & head chef for an outstanding job.

                                          Had a reservation for 8:30 and got seated at 9:00. Meat is VERY salty. Buffet is pretty good. It was valentine’s day but I think they overbooked. Desert and drinks is extra. I would say its not worth the 62.00 a person.

                                          Even though the food was great, we had a reservation for 7 PM but weren’t seated until 45 minutes after we arrived. It seemed like the restaurant was overbooked, which led to a long wait. The atmosphere was quite noisy, with a lot going on, making it hard to enjoy a relaxed meal. Overall, I’d rate the experience a 6/10
