Terra Gaucha is a classic Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse) serving various of cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and seafood all expertly prepared and served by our Gaucho Chefs. The meats are served Rodizio style, meaning all of the grilled meats are presented and carved table-side from large skewers piping hot off the grill. To complement the succulent meats, we offer a large selection of cured meats and imported cheeses, fresh vegetables, and authentic Brazilian hot sides in our gourmet salad bar area. Located in the heart of downtown at the Stamford Town Center, Terra Gaucha brings the best of Gaucho cuisine and hospitality delivered with a guest-first approach.

The Ultimate Churrasco Experience

An authentic service style hailing from Southern Brazil, where Gaucho trained chefs roast succulent cuts of meat and serve it sizzling off the fire carved table-side from large skewers. Guests also gain access to a fine selection of Brazilian inspired salads, authentic hot dishes, locally sourced whole fruits and vegetables, and an array of cured meats and imported cheeses.

                                          I’ve been here before and had a better experience. The people in the service are always great, but the food this particular time wasn’t so good. I’m not sure if it was because of restaurant week and dinner was discounted, but they kept bringing out the lower quality meats over and over again. I had to ask for the better cuts of meat. Also, the meats themselves were very over salted.

                                          Meat was great. Service was above expectations. There was always a different option coming around the room, and it seemed non stop.

                                          Food was great, and restaurant week was good value. Especially liked the policy of kids 5 and under eat free, couldn’t go to a place like this otherwise. Will go back, but need a rest after so much meat!

                                          The restaurant misinformed me of a special they were running. It was double the price. I called the restaurant to verify information. I paid for parking and after being seated the price and special were Changed. The manager only apologized. We felt we had no choice but to leave. Management called into question how I was informed. Their website was vague about special. Another website did not open link as it should. I had no choice but to call the restaurant an hour before my reservation to confirm details. The employee gave me Incorrect information. Would not return.

                                          We LOVE Terra Gaucha. It’s a family favorite and today we got to introduce friends to it that have never been. Without fail, everyone loved it. The quality of the food is outstanding and the service is unmatched. A huge shout out to Jonas, he is a gem. Our kids always look for him because he knows their favorite type of meat and always makes sure they have it. We’ll be coming back over and over again. Thanks for another great time!
