   I wish Terra could bring back a vegetarian-focused menu with options for adding meat/fish. As vegetarians we loved that Terra was there when we wanted a special night out with amazing, creative, delicious vegetarian food. I understand the business need for including more meat options for your diners, but it feels like a 180 for us. Really the only choices now for a vegetarian are pasta or pizza mains and a selection of shared small plates. Also, at 7 pm on Sat we didn't think we'd run into... "sorry we sold out of...." including pizza, which even further limited our choices.

   My family and I had wonderful experience here. The staff and chefs worked to accommodate my wife’s tricky food accommodations. The food menu was creative and fresh and we all loved our meals. The desserts were also amazing. What a gem in Redmond, OR

   Valentine's Day pre-fix meal. Food was good not great. Salmon a bit over done. Salad too salty. A bit expensive for what it was.

   The food was delicious, unfortunately the portions were small. As the reservation was late, I did feel rushed when we were served our entrees. But the dessert was delicious and later into the night, the ambience was lighter

   We loved spending Valentine’s Day here. The food was delicious, service outstanding, and super fun to have a mocktail with each course. Presentation of each dish was gorgeous.

   Valentines menu was over priced for the meal. Two people with two cocktails and a glass of wine was over $250. The cocktails were good but small pours and the menu items were very small portions. The ambiance was nice and wait staff were attentive and pleasant . A 20% added gratuity for a fixed menu and a party of 2 seems like it isn’t called for and should be at discretion if the customer .

   The food was delicious and worth the wait (which was a little excessive). It was nearly an hour before our appetizer arrived at our table. The potato appetizer was wonderful. The staff was very kind. It was surprising how long the wait was, considering there weren't tons of tables taken, but this could be a fluke. I suppose ordering drinks to sip on while you wait would be recommended (but we didn't this time). The hot honey pizza was also great. The crunchy coffee Gelato was delicious. Overall, I would recommend for a date, when you have a few hours to sit.

   My pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and my steak was a flawless medium rare. The wine from Maragas was an ideal complement to the meal. Due to a last-minute disaster (a pipe breaking in the restaurant bar area), the meal was served next door in the hotel, so I can't judge the actual ambiance of the restaurant. The ability to pivot under these conditions and still make me feel incredibly well taken care of was outstanding.

    Terra is our FAVORITE restaurant in Central Oregon! The food is awesome, the people are awesome, the place is awesome! We met the chef on our last visit and it was such a pleasure to hear about her family heritage and inspiration.
