The experience at Terra-Mar evolves around food and wine. We offer an unforgettable dining experience at our chef’s table, where an extensive 7 course Chef’s Impression will be prepared right before your eyes for $169 per person. To enhance your experience, we offer a carefully curated wine pairing for $99 per person. We welcome all our diners at 6:30PM with a glass of champagne to celebrate the night.

    Amazing! This is my third time back to Terra Mar but first time trying the new menu - Chef Dennis does not disappoint! If you loved the beet on the first Menu just wait until you try the cod! Can’t forget about the tartare. It’s difficult to have a favourite dish when everything is so tastey. As island expats this is our go-to for special occasions or when we have family and friends visiting. 10/10 cannot recommend enough.

    Our dining experience at Terra Mar was delightful. The intimate and cozy atmosphere set the perfect tone for the evening. The food, beautifully presented and delicious, exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure to savor each course of the seven-course menu, making it difficult to choose a favorite. The chef Dannis, and hostess Yenty played key roles in enhancing our overall experience with their attentive and engaging service.

    Second time here, had a fabulous dinner with my wife and parents. Favorite dish of the night had to be the Shortrib… maybe the lobster, wait the tuna, or The duck…not sure! Everything we had was delicious! Highly recommend.

    Terra Mar is one of the great new, and yet undiscovered restaurants in T&C. An easy walk from Seven Stars/Ritz. Let me start by saying this is a Chef Table Experience - not an “order off the menu and choose what you like.” The Chef, Dennis has already created the menu which you can find online.” He can make minor variations for Gluten/Pork/sesame/nuts, etc; but not for dairy or seafood (come on - we’re on an island). The concept of a Chef’s Table is to “Leave it to the Chef to showcase his talents and present you with amazing dishes. At Terra Mar it’s a 7 course experience, paired with wine (if you choose). Yendy, the manager, has meticulously selected just the write wine for each dish. Our reservation was on Oct 31. There is one seating and it begins at 7. That evening there were only three reservations (3 couples). It was the last day of their summer menu, and they were excited to launch their new Fall menu the next day. The T&C high season begins in mid November. The “show” is graciously delivered by Dennis and Yendy. They do it all and it’s amazing to watch dishes prepared before your eyes. We had the benefit of being the only guests that evening as the first couple to arrive said they had a dairy allergy and since 7 out of 7 courses were made with butter and other dairy items, they couldn’t stay. The other couple was a no-show despite the reservation made by the hotel concierge. While I may have been disappointed as a restauranteur, they didn’t seemed phased. In fact,out experience was enhanced even further. This place is going to take off as soon as the area Concierges catch word. The pricing is fixed at $179/per person and $110/per person for the wine pairing. If you’re planning a trip to T&C make your reservations NOW! This place is sure to be a favorite tourist high-end dining experience for years to come . Tell them Laura and Marc from Boston sent you!!

    THIS WAS HANDS DOWN BEST MEAL IN TURKS! This is an experience…from a very talented Chef Dennis. Everything was absolutely amazing. Yendi did the wine pairing and explained each wine which was just perfect with every dish. 7 courses and I left there so full and happy. The chef explained every dish and came and spoke to everyone such a personal touch! Would definitely go back.

    We had a fantastic experience. The smaller group made for fun conversation in between courses. The food, wine and service were top notch. They were able to adjust for my gluten allergy which is always appreciated. Highly recommend.

    I recently had the pleasure of dining at Terra- Mar, it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and an enthusiasm that set the tone for the evening. The ambiance was intimate and inviting. The chef's menu was a delightful journey through a variety of flavors, each dish expertly crafted and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. They guided us through each course + wine pairing, which made the experience feel personal and engaging. The combination of exquisite food, stunning surroundings, and exceptional service made it a night to remember. I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a special culinary experience.
