   This was supposed to be a special occasion but it was so disappointing. I had requested a table by the window and I understand that due to availability, it's not guaranteed. So it was more disappointing seeing an empty window table the entire time we ate our food, along with two other tables that came and went, even after we were told that we could be moved when one became available. Our waiter Alex and the hostess Maurice forgot about us and I had to stand up to go find the waiter to ask for some service. The food was good. Ambiance was good. Service was severely lacking. Is this because the tip is automatically included so the staff doesn't try as hard?

   First class restaurant. Maître D was excellent. As was server. Table and view were amazing. The food was excellent. Very tasty and nice portions. Mixed drinks were great. Price was fair. Definitely going back.

   Excellent experience. The music was great, the environment was great, and the food was great. Would have liked the good to come out faster and for the house potatoes to be cooler for longer but they did fix this issue eventually. I would go again in the summer and visit the second floor bar.

   Great atmosphere and great food, definitely worth its price. The staff provided excellent service and were very kind/professional. The view was amazing and the volume of the restaurant was perfect. Didn’t need to shout or keep my voice too low in order to make conversation with my girlfriend. First time experience and it went exceedingly well.

   Was really excited and made reservations. We arrived early and asked to be seated . Only 2 tables seated currently. We had a good waiter . Food took pretty long for no one being there. My only gripe was not being told there was no free soda or lemonade refills . There smaller glasses to begin with . Food was really good ! Free birthday cake was the highlight and delicious!

    Maurice who seated us accommodated our request to be near a window. He also helped us with our coats and checked in on us throughout our meal. Service was great, food was excellent. A 20% gratuity was included on the check which was stamped in red. I appreciated the transparency and felt 20% was very fair for the quality of the experience. I’m a local, who chose Sixteen, because of my 3 guests who were visiting Chicago. They loved the views of the Wrigley & Tribune buildings.
