The owners of Fabrika, the acclaimed Fishtown restaurant/cabaret and entertainment venue, are unveiling a new concept underneath a plexiglass-covered outdoor space attached to the converted former ice cream machine factory. Terrassa is a 65-seat outdoor industrial-chic space bordering Frankford Avenue that, unlike the inside, will offer a more casual, family-friendly menu of international and shareable plates centered around Chef Shain Wancio’s handmade folded flatbread skewers, which are loaded with exotic flavors.
Terrassa will focus on local ingredients and a bar program highlighting local breweries and distilleries. We are pet and neighborhood friendly so come one come all!

We couldn’t enjoy ourselves because there were so many flies and gnats—food was mediocre along with their Rose. Wouldn’t recommend at all!
