Comida muy rico y servicio excelente. This restaurant has a prix fix multi course menu that changes every month. For September it is a vegetarian 10-course menu with very creative dishes. This is not a restaurant for picky eaters or for those who value quantity over quality, as each plate is small (although they do add up to a meal). But if you appreciate innovative dishes and flawless execution, you should definitely try this place. My meal began with a tamarind amuse bouche and a tempura avocado slice, followed by a parade of vegetarian treats, and ending with 3 (yes, 3!) desserts. For me the showstopper dish was a bun filled with mashed plantain, served alongside guajillo chile salsa. In other hands this would have been a heavy dumpling, but the bun was an ethereally light fry bread and the mild salsa emphasized the flavore of the chile (if anything, it could have been hotter). If they ever offer a choice menu, this dish deserves to be a fixture. This was followed by, among other things, a "risotto" of 3 types of corn, a sweet pepper bruschetta, a dish of wild mushrooms, and another of porcini mushrooms with nogada sauce.

Muy limitada! El que tengan una sola opción de menú y que ni siquiera sepas qué vas a degustar me parece muy arriesgado.

Me encanta que tiene un concepto y no es pan con lo mismo qué hay mucho en la ciudad. Tiene una propuesta fresca con ingredientes de la temporada y no Yam sofisticados , sin embargo es l sabor y las presentaciones si lo son. Es una excelente opción para que tu paladar salga de la rutina. Son 10 tiempos pequeños que son suficientes para quedar más q satisfecho. Mi único pero sería el precio de la botella de vino , creo q podría quedar excelente un precio tipo “descorche” que no se sienta q pagó mas x el vino q por los alimentos.

Comida muy bien presentada y en términos aceptables muy regular, por el precio elevado de la experiencia siento que hay un gap enorme entre lo que pagas y lo que recibes en comparación con otros restaurantes que ofrecen degustación. Fueron 6 tiempos de los cuales los últimos 2 fueron postres, las porciones son muy pequeñas, te recomiendan una botella de vinos y no te muestran la carta ni los precios, en total la cuenta fue de 4700 pesos sin propina. Como experiencia estuvo bien pero por esa cantidad realmente no vale la pena, no lo recomiendo.

Menú sorpresa. El precio es elevado y la comida es buena pero no la mejor. Tienen mucho personal en cocina y se ve muy limpio, pero para el costo esperaba una comida realmente deliciosa. Precio $2,500 MXN por persona.
