Ometeo is bringing an elevated version of classic, comforting, & nostalgic Tex Mex cuisine to Capital One Center in Tysons, VA. Brought to you by Long Shot Hospitality, the group behind DC's hit restaurants The Salt Line and Dauphine's. Inspired by the ingredients, techniques, and heritage from West Texas down to the Gulf Coast, Ometeo's foundation is firmly rooted in Tex Mex tradition all served up in a fun and dynamic environment. The restaurant consists of multiple carefully curated dining spaces and three different bars- Main Bar, Outdoor Bar, and Cadillac Lounge Bar. Reservations are available for four distinct areas : Main Dining, Outdoor Dining, Main Bar Booths, and Cadillac Lounge. We accept Open Table reservations for groups of up to 8 people. For groups larger than 8 people, or if you have any questions about making a reservation please call the restaurant or contact us at info@ometeotexmex.com. We look forward to your visit!

Looking for a more relaxing "all bueno" vibe? Join us in our sleek stylish Cadillac Lounge Friday and Saturday nights. Reserve your lounge seating and enjoy Ometeo's signature cocktails and a delicious Cadillac Lounge menu of our signature appeteasers, tacos, and quesadillas. Starting at 9pm we turn it up a notch with "Ometeo After Dark" featuring a live DJ 9pm to midnight. (*Cadillac Lounge 21 and over only).

Food was great and good portions. Parking is a bit of a chore, but you get 2 hours free.

Service was good, staff friendly. The food is ok, but not particularly memorable. This was my second visit. Most likely will not return.

We dined at Ometeo for the first time and really enjoyed our experience. The menu is innovative and contemporary, and I can't wait to try almost everything! The food was excellent, but the service truly stood out! The staff was exceptionally attentive—friendly, eager to help, patient, and detail-oriented. The chicken enchiladas were delicious, and the steak tacos were a highlight, overflowing with generous portions of steak. We would love to see thinner, lighter chips to accompany the guacamole, queso fundido, and fantastic salsas. Do note that the noise level can be quite high due to the restaurant's popularity. We were informed it’s quieter between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. We’re excited to return and explore more of the delightful menu!

We pride ourselves on our service and hospitality, so is very rewarding to hear that was your experience. We will definitely share your review with the team- feedback like that makes their day! Regarding the noise, we know we can get a bit lively, especially around the bar area where you were seated, but we do also have plenty of quieter cozy corners so have noted on your reservation profile that that is your preference so even during dinner time we can certainly find you a nice quiet spot whenever you want to dine with us again. Do hope you can join us again soon!

The gree chicken enchiladas and pineapple aguachile were amazing. Very good margaritas and queso. The S’mores dessert was quite a show. We sat in the bar section and the noise level was moderate but it seemed like an average night. Would easily go back again.

Ometeo is a real gem amongst the dining options in the Tysons area, and NOVA in general. The menu is superb, the drinks are authentic to the TexMex cuisine, and the service is second to none. Fortunate to work for Capital One at the McLean campus, where I have ready access to all the amazing dining options that are right there - Ometeo, Sisters Thai, Stellina, and the Starr Hill Brew Pub.

We had such a fantastic time per usual at Ometeo. We were well accommodated and the food & drinks were delicious. The manager was also so kind to help us celebrate our elopement and reserving us space in the Cadillac lounge for the DJ set. We cannot say enough good things about Ometeo!

The waiter was amazing, helping us understand each of the dishes on the menu. The restaurant was too loud, however, making it difficult to even carry on a conversation at our table - and there were only two of us. The food was ok, but it really wasn't all that warm and the tamal was straight up cold. I will chalk it up to this being a newer restaurant with a lot of guests and they are figuring things out.
