   Had an absolutely wonderful anniversary dinner with my girlfriend, all of the food tasted amazing, especially the items beyond their steaks, such as the spicy sausage and chicken. Will be coming again.

   Food was excellent. Staff was professional and courteous. However, the Gauchos didn't make their rounds frequently enough and there were meat selections that we missed because we were full by the time they got around to us. Our server was kind and brought us what we needed, but was slow. In all fairness to them, the place was extremely busy. The ambiance suffered because there was no dress code like there should be in a nice restaurant like this one.

   My family of three decided to go to Texas de Brazil for a late lunch on New Years Day and we were very disappointed with the whole experience. When we sat down, we waited for about 20 minutes before we even got our drinks. We never got bread or were told about the signature sides that we could order. The sides included with the salad bar were fine but you could tell the warm items had been setting out for too long. When the meat skewers finally started to come out, there were hardly any options. When you look at their website, you see 13 options; however, while we were there we only had the option of Flank Steak, Parmesan Chicken, Brazilian Sausage or Picanha. I kept waiting for Filet, something wrapped in bacon, or Lamb but none ever came. After a while I asked about lamb chops and found out that those are an additional charge. So I ordered 4 lamb chops for $9. These ended up being sent back to the kitchen. They were tiny, over cooked (well done), and had a seasoning on them that just did not work. When I sent them back, the guys asked if I requested medium rare. I told him that the correct way to cook lamb chops is medium rare unless requested different….not the other way around. In addition to the limited options, everything was extremely salty. I am not sure why it was all so salty but we will not be back. $225 for 3 people and we left super unhappy and stomachs hurting.

   Today was our first visit to Texas de Brazil. Very pretty atmosphere- clean. Lovely server (Liz) along with the people carrying carving meats to the tables & the manager who himself checked on us twice & refilled the guys’ drinks personally!!!! My daughter & I are not meat-eaters but our guys are so we thought this was perfect for us all with the large salad bar for us & all of the carnivorous options for the guys. My hubby was not happy with either pork dish - today being New Years, he likes to eat traditional pork today. Two types & he did not care for either one. I was thrilled to learn tabbouli was on the salad bar, however!!!! My daughter’s beau loved it & was talking about returning, particularly enjoyed the beef options & lamb. My daughter loved the mozzarella balls, Parmesan rolls and all the vegetables. The lobster bisque was a huge hit with me!!!! My hubby enjoyed the beef options, sauted mushrooms and the bananas foster pie. Overall, it was good & we enjoyed it. It was very cold inside as every time the exterior door opened, tons of cold air rushed in!!!! Needs a few tweaks - like new pork preparation, some sort of blocking of the outside cold air & more frequent refills of drinks. The potato salad was outstanding!!!! We’ll return again.

   The restaurant called to confirm our reservation and told us to be sure to get there by 9. When we arrived I could see why. They were packed! They got us to our seat quickly & our server was very kind. The food was amazing beginning to end! This will become a regular place for date nights moving forward! Thanks for wonderful NYE!

   Really This review was not fair as it was made on NYE and everything was chaotic. We fully intend on returning on another day !

   We arrived a few minutes late due to New Year’s Eve traffic but the host cancelled our reservation and was extremely rude about it.

   Good was fantastic but a small restaurant that seemed cramped with people going to salad bar and workers bringing around the meats. Food was good but waited about 10 minutes after our reservation time. Server was average at best. People were friendly but didn’t seem really happy to be there. Good for special occasions but not a place I would frequent.

    This time around everything was amazing, that’s definitely one of the best steakhouses in Cincinnati area for sure. The service and the food are amazing. The Brazilian style steakhouse is the best way of eating steak. Loved it
