   This is the best all you can eat steakhouse. They have a decent cold bar and their fried bananas were amazing.

   The only issue we had was our waitress she never brought our drinks we had to ask someone else to get our drinks and it was not alcoholic drinks it was soda and lemonade and she never refilled our drinks and we had to ask someone else and when it was time for dessert again we had to ask someone else we’ve been here many times and this was the worst service we’ve ever had

   I think the service is not good at this restaurant. They tend to seat you, and then forget about you. You can ask several different people for new plates, but most of them don’t understand what you asked for. The food is relatively good. However, they do tend to bring the side dishes out while you’re still eating your salad and so by the time you eat your dinner they get cold. I don’t think I would return.

   Was very disappointed. Let me begin by saying the food was incredible. Only one or two items weren’t my cup of tea but I don’t hold that against anyone. The part about it was the service and that atmosphere. They were very busy. VERY busy in fact. The issue was I saw one waitress being rude to a young couple and the woman was pregnant. Second our waitress was very inattentive. Normally when busy I don’t complain but I watched her many times standing around just talking with other co workers while I asked for the check and was kept waiting for over 15 minutes. It was our first time there and we had no idea what the process was. She came over took our drink order brought our drinks and didn’t come back for over ten minutes. I had no idea I was supposed to just go get the salad bar. (Which in itself is worth the money) There are a lot of other things that went wrong service wise I don’t want to bash too much. I just want people to have an expectation when busy. The one thing that really upset me was I was given a gift card for $100 for Christmas and our waitress said she couldn’t use it because they were too busy. I’ve never heard of something like that. People pay good money to give someone a gift card to have an awesome time at one of their favorite places. This whole experience was very upsetting considering how excited my wife and I were to try it.

    We waited 30 minutes past our reservation. The male hostess was rude. Our waitress, who we could barely understand brought our drinks and never returned until we were ready to leave. The salad bar was ok. The sides on the bar were terrible. I got the potatoes augratin and they were complete mush, and brown, the taste was horrible. We were brought a lot of different meats and they all had a really bad flavor/aftertaste. We left hungry after paying $120 bill. I mostly ate salad which I could have done at home. This was our Valentine’s date and we have never been more disappointed or dissatisfied in a restaurant. 0/10
