   we were not happy today service was poor they gave us 15% off but i rather get better service than money back

   We came for dinner on Valentine's Day. I understand it is a busy time, but we sat in a back corner by the server's station. The meat service was non existent, we experienced no more than 4 selections, including our request for the bacon wrapped jalepenos. Whe had requested medium well, and a saw that meat one time. All other times it was rare to medium rare. We asked the server one time for the near to be medium well and we never saw him again.

   We are long time patrons. The quality isn't quite what it was previously, but still tasty for sure. The prices keep going up and in comparison to other steak houses and meat places... the value has slipped. The visit on a Fri + Holiday was crazy busy and so many people everywhere. The service was ok, but not terribly attentive. Drinks, bread and seconds on mashed potato were all rather delayed. Also, the petite filet (my fave) was so dry, while the flank steak was super red.

   Came here on valentines night, and really regretted it. Checked in for my 5:45 reservation at around 5:35-5:40. The host couldn’t find my reservation, i show her my reservation confirmation. And the guy next to her says “confirmation means nothings to us”. I was not even talking to this person. She finally finds my reservation and says it’ll be 30-45 mins. To which obviously i was like umm i have a reservation. Then this guy goes again “well cant you see all these people are waiting, we are overbooked, don’t you see the signs at the door” T At that point i ask him who is he and why does he keep chiming in when i am not even talking to him. Turns out he is the MANAGER. David. He had a terrible attitude. Its not my fault you guys overbooked. The food was so salty Our table was in the middle of 2 tables and i couldn’t even extend my elbows to eat because people keep walking past my table and pushing my arm. This was one horrible experience that i don’t recommend to anyone. $200 down the drain Also the sign that david was referring to said “all reservations have a 30 mins grace period” That message to means i can be 30 mins late to my reservation. In no way any one is interpreting that to be you will be sat 30 mins later. This was a very bad experience and this manager david does not know how to work under stress.

   I had a reservation and I had to wait over 30 minutes to be seated!!! It defeats the purpose of reserving a table over a month in advanced.

   Everything was delicious. Salad bar was AMAZING, all the meat choices were AMAZING ! the coconut pie with ice cream was soo delicious! im very happy with my experience there and it was my first time, we were STUFFED afterwards but it was so worth it, i will definitely be going back! thanks billy for the excellent service, he made sure to explain everything very throughly and how everything works, and also recommended his favorite items. thank you for making this experience great!

   I don't think I'll go there again. The salad bar was great, but the meats were not. All cheap lives of meat. For the price you pay, you're better off at a good steak house like Flemings. Fogo de Chao is better quality meats.

    Too much food and meat. Expensive and all meat are almost same flavor. I wish if it was grilled on charcoal.
