Last night’s reservation was our first Father / Son dinner with my youngest son. We’ve all had Brazilian Steakhouse / BBQ dining experiences before, but last night was the best one for all of us yet. We’ve all commented on the friendly and inviting attitudes of the entire staff, as opposed to your more popular competitor, who we all agreed are more reserved. Our waitress Emily as awesome from the initial greeting all the way to the end of our time at your restaurant.

The only reason we dined here was due to not being able to use the gift card at the Waikiki location, so we needed to use up the giftcard. The menu offering is very limited (full buffet or salad bar only). There’s no ala carte option at all, unless you do a carryout. As a result, teens (over 12) had to pay $67 per person!! Also, we noticed that a larger party that arrived much after us got their selection of beef much faster than us. We waited over 30 minutes before we got what we requested, filet & garlic steak. Salad bar was clean and well maintained but couldn’t find anything appealing at hot food section. I much prefer the competitors diverse menu, which included non-beef items as well as ala carte that includes the salad bar. This will be our last time dining at Texas de Brazil

The service was exceptional. They brought hot side dishes to the table. They had fresh side dishes buffet style as well. The desserts are an extra charge.

The meats were good tasty and tender our Server did not do her job right and u have to ask for the good meat to come . Manager was very good and handled the situation .

Even though I made reservations for 7:45pm they did not have our table ready, we had to wait 45min. The hostess advised that they over booked and were behind. They was no where to sit when we waited, no apology, the waiter was inattentive, the tables were so close together that the hostess put her behind on our plates passing by our table. I’ll never eat here again. Awful service

Celebrated our wedding anniversary. We had reservations and only waited a few minutes for our table to be ready. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Excellent meat and side selections.
