   Even though I made reservations for 7:45pm they did not have our table ready, we had to wait 45min. The hostess advised that they over booked and were behind. They was no where to sit when we waited, no apology, the waiter was inattentive, the tables were so close together that the hostess put her behind on our plates passing by our table. I’ll never eat here again. Awful service

   Celebrated our wedding anniversary. We had reservations and only waited a few minutes for our table to be ready. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Excellent meat and side selections.

   We were there to celebrate a birthday. It was noted in reservations but never acknowledged. Usually a free dessert.

   We came for dinner on Valentine's Day. I understand it is a busy time, but we sat in a back corner by the server's station. The meat service was non existent, we experienced no more than 4 selections, including our request for the bacon wrapped jalepenos. Whe had requested medium well, and a saw that meat one time. All other times it was rare to medium rare. We asked the server one time for the near to be medium well and we never saw him again.

   My first time having Texas De Brazil was great. It was Valentine’s Day and the manager up in the front immediately let us know that they are running 30 minuets behind, which we totally understand. Once we sat down, we were immediately greeted by our waitress and then the food kept coming. Everything was delicious and it was a great way to celebrate Valentine’s Day!

   We are long time patrons. The quality isn't quite what it was previously, but still tasty for sure. The prices keep going up and in comparison to other steak houses and meat places... the value has slipped. The visit on a Fri + Holiday was crazy busy and so many people everywhere. The service was ok, but not terribly attentive. Drinks, bread and seconds on mashed potato were all rather delayed. Also, the petite filet (my fave) was so dry, while the flank steak was super red.

    Came here on valentines night, and really regretted it. Checked in for my 5:45 reservation at around 5:35-5:40. The host couldn’t find my reservation, i show her my reservation confirmation. And the guy next to her says “confirmation means nothings to us”. I was not even talking to this person. She finally finds my reservation and says it’ll be 30-45 mins. To which obviously i was like umm i have a reservation. Then this guy goes again “well cant you see all these people are waiting, we are overbooked, don’t you see the signs at the door” T At that point i ask him who is he and why does he keep chiming in when i am not even talking to him. Turns out he is the MANAGER. David. He had a terrible attitude. Its not my fault you guys overbooked. The food was so salty Our table was in the middle of 2 tables and i couldn’t even extend my elbows to eat because people keep walking past my table and pushing my arm. This was one horrible experience that i don’t recommend to anyone. $200 down the drain Also the sign that david was referring to said “all reservations have a 30 mins grace period” That message to means i can be 30 mins late to my reservation. In no way any one is interpreting that to be you will be sat 30 mins later. This was a very bad experience and this manager david does not know how to work under stress.
