Very nice staff and accommodating, even though they were obviously short staffed. It took a moment for the meat servers to come around, but eventually they came. My only complaint is I took a cheesecake to go and when I got home and opened it, there was a hair on it…$12 down the drain.

The food was outstanding as usual, however, our waiter was very inattentive. He never came back to check on how things were nor to offer any refills. We had to flag him down whenever we needed anything. The waiter for the tables to the left of us was awesome. He continually checked in his tables. He is an example of how our waiter could have been.

The steak and salad bar were very good. The only complaint would be that we had reservations for 8:15 and didn't get seated until about 8:45. It was a Saturday night so during the week night be better for reservation times

Service was horrible, server was non existent side came out cold and were non refilled. Meat was slow to come around was often on the black and blue side of doneness.

The food was not as good as expected. The salad bar area was disappointing. The service was lackluster.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Texas de Brazil. First off, our table wobbled, and despite informing the waitress, nothing was done to fix it. To add to the frustration, they charged for my 2-year-old son who only had rice. The meat was extremely bloody, which was quite gross and unappetizing. The servers didn’t even follow their own instructions; I had the card turned to red, yet they kept coming to the table, which was super annoying. Overall, it was a very unpleasant dining experience.

For the price you pay, the service of EVERY hostess and WAIT STAFF needs evaluating. Some are extremely kind, quick to respond and attentive, others unattentive, Luke warm, and slow. Would love to experience consistency of service because I love dining in place..

We’ve been here before and the service to the meat selections were very good and looked very tasty but this visit was for valentine and meats were dry even though it was medium rare. The meat selection was less with too many Parmesan items but not enough steaks. Waitress was slow to clear our table of dirty dishes leaving us with no room for new plates and she didn’t even asked us if we wanted new plates. This whole experience was just not the same as we’d had before. Rating of 2 out of 10.
