   The service was mediocre, and the choice of meat was very slow coming out to our table. We requested numerous times for certain meat that never came out. We decided to leave without finishing our food because it took too long to come out to our table.

   Made a reservation for Christmas Day. They stated that there would be an extended menu with holiday favorites. We have ate here before and did not notice any additional meats being served. They seemed extremely overbooked, even though we had a reservation we had to wait for a table. They barely came by our table with meat, I even noticed a man at the table next to us looking around for the meat servers with an empty plate. We ordered limeade refills and they were not brought to the table until we we done eating, we left with full glasses and were still charged for them. The whole experience was a let down. If we choose to dine at a Brazilian steakhouse again, it will definitely be with a competitor restaurant.

   Food was good and service was outstanding. It was a little loud because we sat by the kitchen but it worked out because we were able to see what meat was coming off the grill and was the first ones to get it.

   First time experience was disappointing. Table and floors were dirty, waited for plates to be cleaned for salad bar, and “complimentary” sides delivered to table were not fresh and barely warm. The salad bar itself was good, except for salad dressings which were very thick. The meat options are the star of the show and are offered to the table many times. We had a couple good drinks and wine selections were decent. Finally, the two desserts we tried were so lackluster that the manager comp’d them after sending them back. Didn’t really know what to expect but this is NOT a place I will try again…suggest sticking with full menu steakhouses for the $$!

   It’s nice to have an option for Xmas and appreciate the staff working a holiday. Unfortunately nothing was very good and we won’t be back

   Took at least 30 minutes to get any meat it was also very chewy not fresh meat . We let the manager know and she was very rude and snotty.

   Service was a little slow on some things. We had to ask for plates for out main meal. Overall staff was very friendly.

    Worst Brazilian steakhouse experience ever. Arrived on time with one less person in the party than what I had reserved. The waitress was at best aloof, did not communicate that they were short staffed and in 25 min we had 4 small pieces of meat come out. The entire vibe of the crew was one that not only did not want to be there but did not care if the customers knew that. The cuts of meat were CHEAP, and all meat served was rare/medium rare- we requested medium/medium well. Overall a complete and total disappointment for any meal but especially a holiday one where you saved up to be able to pay for it. DO NOT waste your money at this place. Go to the one at the casino or a Fogo de Chao. I have never had a bad experience at one of those places! Also, we went to this same steakhouse about 4 years ago on Christmas Eve, and my boys absolutely loved it. Have been asking to go back for years. Such a disappointment.
