Trevor, the GM, checked on us multiple times throughout our dining experience. Meat variation was awesome, cooked to perfection, and the servers were very accommodating even given the fact it was Valentines Day and the busiest we have ever seen the location (probably 10th time here). Could not have made it any better, A++ experience! Never disappointed.

The Rodrizio here is excellent. There are a lot of great options in the salad bar and sides. The service is always very good!

We always have an excellent meal when we come. Unfortunately, our server was not very attentive.

We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary last night on Valentines Day. The filet minion was to die for. And the garlic mashed potatoes were sublime. Oh and the lobster bisque was outstanding! More please! Everyone was wonderful!

Needed to wait 20min for lobster bisque. Plants hanging down from salad bar hitting people in head.

Think it was relative to our table near the wall by the salad bar. But we waited long times in between the servers bringing meat options around. They were less worried about our two top than the larger parties. I had never seen that issue at a Brazilian steakhouse in the past. Other than that it was a great time.

We had a 6:30 reservation and arrived promptly, however needed to wait 10 minutes for our table. The restaurant was buzzing with energy. I told the server that I was gluten free and dairy free. The manager came over and reviewed the ENTIRE menu with me and provided a physical tour of the salad bar. This showed their true wish to provide excellent customer service. We ordered cocktails and unfortunately they took so long we did not even consider ordering another. All the meats were excellent with my favorite being the filet. When the server came around and asked if we wanted any sides or anything else-I replied I would love another piece of filet. She said she would take care of it. We NEVER saw another filet come around. We did see many other cuts of meat, lamb and chicken. This was well worth the money but I really wish the server had checked in with us a bit more. Our water glasses did get dry and were not refilled in a timely manner.
