   Was seated 20 minutes late after I made a reservation two weeks in advance, and then informed by the server when we saw down we had to be done with our expensive, celebratory, BUFFET dinner in 70min because that was our “time limit” . I asked what that was about as that had never been a rule before, and received attitude . I finally spoke with a manager who explained that this was only true on weekends - I’ve been before on Saturday’s and never experienced this- and then he admitted they’d overbooked. I asked how that was my issue anf they had no reply. We felt rushed, stressed out, and hurried, the sever asking multiple times if we wanted our check and when we were going to get it. Additionally we were offered tap bottled water so we said yes, once we got the bill there was a $40 CHARGE for WATER. I’ve never experienced this BS before and will probably never return to this restaurant again. I’d rather drive an extra hour to Bellevue then return and have this horrific experience again. I do not recommend after tonight’s experience.

   Super expensive but also very good food and wine. It was the perfect Valentine’s Day destination. Just wish I could have eaten more! Or taken a to go box.

   I don't want to say it's all Texas de Brazil but this particular location reminds me of a regular commercial steakhouse. I went during Valentine's so of course the reservations were a mess. I waited 15 minutes past my reservation to get served. Once seated, my server was rarely at my table. We managed to get bread but no other additional sides (mash potatoes or grilled bananas). Maybe they don't do that anymore? The cuts also seem to be much more limited than before. It felt like it was a variety of odd cuts of steaks that were over salted and sometimes overcooked. Beware of the sparkling water cost. They ask sparkling, still, or tap. However, sparkling will cost you $8 for the bottle. There also seems to be a limited amount of wine menus. We waited a while to look at the menu. When we got the check, the price I saw didn't match the price in the book. I'm not sure if Washington does extra tax on drinks, but I was surprised to see a difference. Overall, service was bad. Food was bad. The atmosphere was bad. The price was expensive. If you are looking for a higher dining experience, go somewhere else.

   Got there 15 min prior to reservation time, still took 25 mins after our "reserved" time to get seated. Overall food is great and our server was good.

   Disappointing Valentine’s Day Experience – Rushed and Rude Service I wish I could say we had a lovely Valentine’s Day dinner here, but unfortunately, it was far from it. From the moment we arrived, the service was unwelcoming. Our waiter seemed uninterested, barely checked on us, and acted like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. To make matters worse, we were told we had only an hour to dine, which completely ruined the experience. Valentine’s Day is supposed to be a special occasion, not a rushed, stressful meal where you feel like you’re being pushed out the door. The food was mediocre at best, and given the poor service, it wasn’t worth the price. Overall, this place lacked hospitality, and we left feeling disappointed and frustrated. If you’re looking for a restaurant that actually values its guests, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

   Over crowded.rarely siting of meat.asked for medium well .only one guy came back with it.was super thirsty,had to go get water for me and my husband from their table as my server didnt show up for a while or check the water...first time when we were dissapointed in this place .weve been here many times,but probably will choose another location next time.
