   I have had the worst experience. I have gone to this location multiple times before today. Today, my experience was awful because the waitress was not very friendly. We had issues with our bills and the manager wouldn’t even address us until she was forced to. The manager is very inconsiderate. they charged us full price for three people who had ordered salad only. The waitress told us that gratuity was included, but it wasn’t. The watitress ended up taking the percent she wanted without consulting me. I tip always. To top it off, I tried purchasing a gift card and it never came through. However, it took my money was made aware of this. She said she can’t handle it in house. Sadly, I will never go to this location again.

   Food and service were really great! Had a wonderful time and all the staff were incredibly friendly! Great place for a special night out.

   service was horrible, never go a refill on our drinks, or sides. The food had no taste, and most of it was cold. The restaurant was freezing cold. This was our first time there and probably our last.

   A bit overwhelming. This was a first time experience. I don’t think I can ever eat enough food to make it worth the money. Server was great! They made us the wrong martini’s twice and manager wasn’t very helpful.

   Manager was the rudest. Refused to let our son eat a piece of his birthday cake otherwise she would charge us $30 (3 per person). she had no people skills, no finding a way to part friendly just told us to get out when we refused to pay $30 for our own cake. Corporate policy or not which we were not made aware of when we booked and we were asked if there was a special occasion and they were told birthday. The manager could've conducted herself professionally, but she chose not to. The location continues to go down hill. One of the guest chairs was filthy dirty, it had to be completely cleaned, but manger didn't see a problem that this was poor customer service and was put out that it was brought to her attention and that she had to clean it. The manager was very inept. Clearly all 10 of us will not go back. It's a unique way to eat dinner but not worth the price, poor conditions and poor service. Too many other wonderful restaurants that deserve the business

    Food and was ok. The problem we had was when the bill came. We had a table of 9 people (3 groups) and they refused the break up the bill. They would only provide 1 bill. This created a problem when each group had different amounts due and each group was paying with card and no one was carrying cash with them. They would accept two different cards to pay the bill but not three. Just about every month we get together for dinner as a group at various places, and this is the first time ever this has happened. The manager said it easier and more time efficient for them to only do one bill. Nothing was said to us about their check policy when we made the reservations. Needless to say, we won't be going back.
