   When we arrived, the server, whose name was MJ, refused to seat us and told us, "We can't accept your booking." She was very disrespectful, even though we explained that we had a confirmed reservation and were only a party of two. After I mentioned that we would file a complaint, she reluctantly said, "Okay, sit at this table," even though most of the tables were empty. Her behavior was incredibly rude and made us feel as though we were asking for food from her own home. It was very disrespectful and left a poor impression. I hope you can address this issue to ensure we feel comfortable returning to your establishment in the future

   The service is too slow. It took our food almost an hr to arrive. Even the sauce takes almost 30 mins to arrive

   The waitress late to serve the food and they dont care and they are not helpful

   This is our first time trying TGI Friday in Ayala Cebu. So as the usual consumer, you would go and check their menu and prices first. I did and one of the things I found highlighted in their menu is that ‘NO SERVICE CHARGE’ in bold letters. So I assumed there was none cause why would you bill your customers a servic charge in the first place when you are supposed to serve your paying customers? Anyway, fast forward, we went there and ordered. It took them almost 1 hour to serve our food which didn’t bother me that much but it did when they charged us 7.2% service charge during the billing. Its clear that the staff were not all aligned. They given me different explanations and ended up saying they do charge for service even though its highlighted in their menu that they dont. False advertising = bad capitalism. Surely, I wont eat at TGI Friday again. Aside from the food are unreasonably priced, the service is bad. Ew.

   Food, atmosphere, and location were great. But the serving of food took really long even though we only ordered two dishes.
