Aircon wasn't working when we got there. Door was just left open. The lady who I think is a Supervisor/Manager was standing outside but she didn't warn us that the temp inside is like hell, nor any of the staff. They just wait until one complains and would say aircon's not working! Fortunately, there was still an available table outside so qe opted to move. The problem is customers would obviously prefer outside seating vs hellish experience inside the resto BUT their staff would often still stay inside. We would have to wait until they would serve one of the other tables outside so we could ask for something, like refill or other condiments OR we would have to stand up and go inside to ask. Salad looks sad - wilted leaves! Grilled meats looked like just dumped. For the amount we paid, we could've gotten much more decent and delicious food than TGIFriday's! First time I gpt disappointed in TGIF and considered not recommending your Capitol Commons branch - to think they're considerably new!

We left without eating. We were waiting outside (other guests were waiting too) for someone to accommodate us but all the staff were busy running around, no front of house in sight. The staff were sweating, stressed. I was looking around at all the tables waiting for service. It was obvious we would not be enjoying our dinner had we taken our reservation so we moved to a different restaurant. It was a Saturday, busy with the BPI promo which shouldn’t be a surprise for them.

Really new branch, but experience feels like it’s not. Air conditioning wasn’t working, fans were provided thou but since there isn’t any ventilation, place was packed and kitchen was open, it felt so warm inside. No mobile signal inside the restaurant, there were doctors (OBGYNE) in the group and mobile service is very important for emergency purposes. Food was so salty, from the pasta (truffle and seafood), to pizza (bacon something), to chicken fingers and dips. Please adjust the saltiness. Drinks were good but the ₱99 cocktails was kind of a scam having a glass filled with ice, literally up to the brim and just maybe a quarter of the actual drink. Staff and manager thou made us keep our composure and actually forget those issues. Kudos to all of the staff.
