   You guys have the worst customer service ever. We had the reservation at 7:30 pm. Main course was not ready until 9:00 pm. We decided to just pay the meals that we ordered and still waited for another half hour just to get the takeout meals (supposedly for dine in). We were given foods that we did not order (we still pay since we ate it out of hunger). Given food with hair. You guys just ruin our Valentine’s Day.

   We availed the 50% off max 5k, promotion on Unionbank credit card. But the quality of the food suffered. It's my dad's birthday so I ordered steak New York Strip for him, but it was tough and chewy even if it's doneness was medium! I tried it and it was really tough. It was disappointing. My dad was hungry so he didn't bother to have it returned to the kitchen, although we provided feedback to the server. Also, when we ordered our drinks, the server was offensive. I felt like the way he confirmed our order, it's as if, we couldn't afford what we ordered. He had to mention the price of the beverage and asked if I'm sure we wanted to order those. His words were, "Mojito, Php 270 (whatever the price was), ma'am, 1 mojito?". Although he was polite in general and throughout the rest of our lunch, he started on an offensive note, which made me feel bad, and felt like he was discriminating my family. I just didn't make a big deal out of it. If you're gonna have a promotion, make sure you keep the quality of the food and your customer service consistent.
