Friday's signature chicken sandwich with fries was good. I order this about half of my visits to Friday's. My sister ordered the glazed salmon and liked it. We moved seats from where the greeter placed us because it was by a window underneath a vent. Every table in this front area had patrons when there were other tables in a better area of the restaurant with few filled. As a Friday's stripes member I enjoy going to Friday's and getting those benefits. Gurnee is my new primary restaurant since the Vernon Hills location closed.

😄😄 A Friday night, moderately crowded. Our waitress could not do enough for us. Food was served quick and hot. We did not feel rushed. Had enough time between appetizer and entree to enjoy both. 👍👍

The front hostess area was quite a nightmare as the two hostesses were having a very difficult time getting people seated even though the restaurant was 1/2 empty when we arrived. They seemed to have no idea what to do. Once we were finally seated (and we did have a reservation) we waited 25 minutes for a any wait staff. Finally a delightful waitress, Courtney, came to our rescue. She was NOT assigned to our section but she noticed we had been waiting a long time and stepped in to help. Thank you to Courtney but the rest of the staff we had contact with are in very desperate need of training.

Service terrible, server didn't seem to care, food took forever and ppeared to have been sitting out for a long time waiting to he delivered. Would recommend based on past experiences here but not based on this time. They weren't even busy-unusual for a Saturday night.

Jordon did an excellent job of serving us which made our dinner much more enjoyable. The music was louder than necessary.

I made reservations for 7pm on Friday expecting it to be busy and there to be a wait. When I arrived there were empty tables. My server checked on my guest and I twice as we were waiting for 2 more to arrive. We had to tell him that we’d like to order a drink while we waited for them to arrive. Once the rest of the party arrived the server walked by the table a couple of times again before we had to tell them what appetizers we wanted. The night went downhill from there. We finally have our entree order in and ended up waiting for another 30 minutes for food to arrive. My sandwich was cold and everyone who ordered French fries with their meal got them cold. The entire evening took 2 hours.

Our waiter took 20 minutes to even get out our drinks. Took even longer for potstickers and mozzarella sticks to come out. The tables around us seemed to have a lot of issues with the waiter. One accused her of keeping their credit card the other was double charged for their food. She forgot to give us silverware and we had to ask for it after she had passed us three times we started to get annoyed. Didn’t refill our drinks and took forever to get the check.

Set us down to 20 minutes before we even get a drink order in my friend got up when we got our own drink from the bar the food took way too long to come out they were closing by the time we even got any

The waiter was not service friendly he acted like he didn’t know much about the menu and side items when we order the 2entrees for 14.99 your suppose to get 2sides he walked away with out getting my 2 sides he not wrote down for main entree we had to call him back like wait u didn’t get the 2 sides for my order
