i think reservations on opentable is new. i made a reservation at 8:45pm and when i got to the check in desk the woman said that they don’t take reservations and that we had to wait. this was strange because there was a sign on the desk with a QR code that says something like “scan to reserve a table.” another woman came to the desk and i was showing them my confirmation email. then they were like “ohhh. opentable.” then they said they had a table available that needs to be clean. i wish they would have just taken accountability and said sorry rather than playing it off as if everything was ok. that encounter pretty much ruined dinner for me. minus that experience the service was great. the server was working so hard and managing many tables. the food was great. we got the calamari, wings, and the three meat platter. i would recommend all of them. for drinks we got the bottomless mojitos. you can only order one flavor and you have to stick with that flavor for the seating. i wish we were able to switch flavors. i got the lychee mojito and my husband got the watermelon mojito. the lychee was too sweet, the watermelon was perfect.
