Service sucked at valley stream TGIF. I can't stand they they greet you there ...they would say welcome to Friday's and not even look at you just looking at their phone texting like you're not even there.

I'm not sure if I would recommend . My broccoli looked and tasted spoiled. I was offered another side that I never received. Very poor service.

I gave a 3 for SERVICE as my first encounter with the host was very unpleasant, we made a reservation online and she was very nonchalant about when our table will be ready after us waiting 15 mins after our initial reservation. I proceeded to ask for a manager and thats when things got a little better,she found us a table but she came off as a little annoyed for requesting her presence. Our waitress was very pleasant and welcoming, gave her a hearty tip as thats what made our dinner worth it. The food is a 3 as the fries were cold and or wings tasted like the sauce was added 2 secs before being served to us. We ordered the new Salmon on the menu,the flavor was good but for the price and amount was crazy. The salmon was the same size as 2 chicken wings and his broccoli was a little raw as if they were just washed with warm water.

Nice atmosphere to be there spend quality time with family and eat good food. Services was very good

The food was horrible. Service was poor from our waitress. I ordered the “bucket of bones” and I got a plate with few fries, 2 small pieces of ribs - not a rack as the picture depicted, and some hard wings. I only went there because the other restaurants in the area were full. Waitress didn’t even show her face much. The one time she asked if everything was ok, I asked “where’s the bucket” and she replied, “oh, I forgot to tell you, we ran out of buckets”. I said “ok”. Definitely, never again!!! I’ll never go back and I’ll never recommend. Poor poor service.

The place needs an overhaul. Dark and dingy not very appealing. I have been to other locations but this one definitely needs a remake. I don’t remember the burger being so small it also came with 1 small slice of tomato that wasn’t even ripe and a piece of wilted lettuce.

Food was okay. When is slower in TGIF the food is usually on point. When it’s busy, food comes okay.

When we get there, the hostess said the computer wasn’t working so that’s why we couldn’t have dinner that night... Very disappointed

food was not good. poor experience. made online trservation, whwn I got to valley stream location, I was told they no longer honor online reservations. o had to wait and tye wait yimd was horrible

We had dinner there on Halloween. When we arrived and told the host that we had made a reservation, she said they don't do reservations. There weren't many customers, so we were seated right away. When we were seated, we watched 2 other parties get seated and served their meals before our food was brought to us an hour later. The hamburger was good, but the medium/rare steak was hard on the outside, not red enough, and seemed like it went directly from freezer to stove. The mashed potatoes aren't what they used to be. I didn't eat most of it. The drinks are also a little pricey and seemed watered down. However, the waiter was nice and friendly.
