Located just a few steps away from the main square in Gazi (Kerameikos metro station), hidden away is a Thai gem waiting for you. Thai Zab is a one-of-a-kind authentic Thai restaurant that has brought the original flavours of Thailand to the heart of Athens.

The Thai Chef studied and masters Thai culinary art. The dishes, reminiscent of Thailand, bursting with exotic tastes, will surely satisfy even the most demanding. It is no wonder the local Thai community has made Thai Zab its preferred venue in Athens.

The ambiance is loosely Thai themed & the restaurant is relatively comfortable. Ideally I would want more comfort & a more traditional Thai feel but most importantly the place is clean. The portions are above average size & the food is good. There is a variety of menu options. Maybe it could be a bit fresher but it came out quickly which is good because we were hungry. The staff are extremely friendly & attentive. The service is very good. Also, important to my family, they spoke English fluently.

Just a short taxi ride from the Acropolis & within walking distance from Syntagma Square, this restaurant is outstanding! With colorful decor, excellent service & delicious Thai selections, you will be very happy with your dining experience at Thai Zab. We were looking for a tasty alternative to Greek cuisine, and we were delighted to have found Thai Zab. Thank you, Thai Zab!

We had a great time at Thai Zab. The food was delicious, especially the Pad Thai and Green Curry, and the service was excellent. While it was a bit pricier than expected, the quality made it worth it. Definitely recommend for a special night out.

Perfectly done food, nice personal and ambient, a bit expensive, but understandable that it’s in the Athens, in Athens everything is extremely expensive)
