The food was ok, but we had poor service. It took the server more than 45 minutes to bring drinks, and she never offered water. Also, we had to keep asking for the bill to pay. We were completely ignored. Thumbs down to this place.

They were out of several menu items on Superbowl Sunday. Hostess was not there to seat us and had to be tracked down for about 5 min. The superbowl broadcast was also delayed and some of the show missed. Not ran very smoothly

It started louder than an actual dance club. Was seated and took 10 min before a server came to our table. From there it went downhill fast. Another 15min to get water and food followed shortly (both were ordered at the same time). Fries came out cold - asked for a fresh replacement- was given ones colder than the returned ones. Also anytime The footprint center has an event the Ainsworth does automatic gratuity. For the service that was less than subpar you are forced a gratuity regardless. Asked for a manager and left without ever speaking with one. 10/10 would not recommend

Made reservations, arrived on time. Took 15 minutes to be greeted by a server. Then took 35 minutes for our salads to arrive. Drinks never came. Had to ask someone to then send a server, so we could pay our bill. We were never checked on, never asked how our food was, or if we needed anything. Worst service ever. Food was descent, but we will never come here again. Do NOT recommend

The Ainsworth Phoenix is the perfect spot for a great night out! From the moment I walked in, the energy was lively, and the atmosphere was both stylish and inviting. The food was top-notch—every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re there for dinner, drinks, or to catch a game, the experience is elevated by the incredible service. Speaking of service, my server went above and beyond, delivering the kind of attentive and personable hospitality you’d expect at a high-end restaurant. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, The Ainsworth is a must-try in Phoenix. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Website states they open at 2pm. We had reservations but when we arrived the entrance was roped off. They said they were preparing for a day party. No mention of this when the reservation was made. So we went out of our way to get there for nothing. Hostess was not very pleasant.

Starting from the moment I walked up to the restaurant…. It’s not inviting (curb appeal is off!). Then was not greeted because I was the first customer and the restroom…. No toilet paper and dirty and when approaching a manager about the situation in the bathroom he replied THERE IS ONLY SO MUCH THAT I CAN DO. Well we AINT COMING BACK. AINT WORTHED!!!!

We booked a reservation and when we arrived they were super annoyed I told them we had a reservation. They said just pick a table. We ordered cocktails and the old fashioned was not an old fashioned. It was almost clear with crushed ice and a straw. No bitters and not even an orange slice. Told the waiter that it was clearly not an old fashioned and he’s like I can ask the bar. Told him to look at the menu as they had a picture. Old fashioned is made clearly with a large ice cube, is more orange in color and with an orange slice. He never came back, never offered a replacement, and when the bill came it was still an $18 drink. He covered the bill item by item and when we got to the old fashioned I was like not an old fashioned. We didn’t even drink the drink and he wouldn’t remove it. Food was sub par. They try to present this as upscale establishment but it’s barely a low scale sports bar.
