Known for his refined yet approachable cuisine and mastery of classic French recipes, Matthew will curate a three course feast served around shared dining tables in the main restaurant. Guests will enjoy a welcome drink courtesy of Hayman's Gin and take home a signed copy of Matthew’s cookbook. Tickets are £75, with an optional wine flight available on the day. A discretionary 15% service charge is applied to the final bill.
