   Really loved my birthday lunch! Outstanding service and high quality dishes. I had the burratta and steak for my entree. Loved the atmosphere and ambiance!

   This is my 2nd time at the Americano Atlanta and each experience has been better than the last. The food and service were over the top. Our waiter Gonzalo was everything you would hope for. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly and made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was fantastic, honestly the best restaurant i have been to in a long time. I will definitely be back. Thank you to GM Phillip for the welcoming words and hospitality.

   First class food, first class service. We expected the food to be great but the service blew us away. Gonçalo was knowledgeable, and almost as if he was reading our minds. I was very impressed and we're going back!

   Pros: Extremely friendly staff, lovely atmosohere. Cons: Service was very friendly but absolutely lacking. It was impossible to get more drinks or order our food. Food was average at best and very expensive.

    Not a fan of the Valentine's Day pre-fixe menu every restaurant in the country seems to do but it's part of the game so you roll with it. At Americano though, despite them doing the pre-fixe, they fumbled it so bad that only half the entree came on time (T-bone) and they had to be reminded of the remainder (crab legs). Also noticed, we were not the only table afflicted by a simple error. When the food did arrive, it was mediocre. Steak was ok, poorly seasoned. Crab legs seemed microwaved and not too elegant. The desserts were great. I'd rate this restaurant lower than 3 starts to be honest, but our server Jada was actually quite friendly, personable, attentive and professional and did a fantastic job in spite of the organizational errors the restaurant implemented. Additionally, it's a beautiful venue and the touch of live music (the singer was amazing) added to the charm of this place. I'd recommend other diners try Americano, but tamper expectations. Thank you Jada for preventing the night from being a total disaster
