   We had a lovely evening at the Angel as always. In all the years that we have visited which is actually more than 5 years and we do visit quite regularly too we have never ever had any issues at all! The food, the service the whole atmosphere is faultless Thank you!

   This is a rustic Cotswold pub, the food was amazing, stared well, the starter arrived really quickly, but main course did not then arrive until 45 minutes later. Food was however amazing and really good quality, home-made and really tasty.

   I haven’t been to The Angel in Burford before It was excellent! We booked for dinner. I highly recommend the food, service, care & consideration and value for money. It’s dog friendly. They are really happy to accommodate dietary requirements, if you discuss prior to arrival. We loved it. Leave time to find parking as Burford can get busy. Definitely worth a visit.

   Simply classy. A scrumptious meal in a very well maintained and managed pub. Lives up to its reputation. A gorgeous Argentinian red and the best kept old hookey ale in the area. Very well looked after by the team on shift. A knowledgeable and passionate crew. Thanks

   We booked for Sunday lunch and had roast beef and all the trimmings. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The staff were friendly and attentive, making for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great Sunday roast!
