   The Aperture is a great new addition to the dining scene. Dishes are creative with a menu that changes more frequently than the other fine dining restaurants we frequent in Cincinnati. Service was excellent. The kitchen wishes that the entire tables' order be taken at once; since portions are not large there is little danger of over ordering - a problem that can. occur when unfamiliar with a menu. We drank a bottle of a $120 very nice champaign. Tables are well spaced and seating is comfortable but noise level is a bit high for our aging ears. Pricing is in the range of other similar positioned restaurants with an orientation to quality over quantity.

   Our server James was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The food was absolutely amazing. Sweet potato is a must order.

   I decided to book The Aperture to dine with my family for my birthday. It was our first time there, and we were motivated by the online reviews of the newest restaurants in Cincinnati. While the food was really good, and came out fast, we will not return again. The setup of the restaurant feels kind of improvised, as if we were dining in the lobby of a hotel. The table was in front of the entrance, and which was a terrible location, the place is quite loud which does not make possible to have a conversation in the table. Our waiter was exceptional, but this was not the case of the host who received us at the entrance, who did not even remember where he hung our coats at the moment of handling them back. I ordered a cocktail which was terrible, and they even did consider any small gesture regarding my birthday. In summary, great food, bad setup, very noisy and very expensive.

   Delicious creative dishes! I did miss having a crisp veggie dish. Sometimes you just need fresh chilled veggies in between 4 or 5 warm dishes with complex flavors. Raviolio and duck were our top 2, and don't pass up the hummus!

   Creative dishes, top-notch service. Our server Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in the menu. Loved watching the action in the open kitchen. We considered the experience expensive, especially the drinks. Our wine at $20 per glass was good but… We will save a return visit for a special occasion.

   The food was from different coastal regions of the world. The humus and sea bass with mussel chowder was excellent. Great service, and not noisy at all. Well done decor with good street views.

    Creative? Yes. Tasty? Yeah. With the incredibly high prices? Shàreable/small plates can be a lovely way to enjoy a meal together - even better when, two people sharing can get more than 2-3 bites per person Pricey for the sake or pricey.
