Founded by Oliver Marlowe and Hubert Beatson-Hird - the team behind The Hunter's Moon and Ganymede. The food was very nice but the restaurant had a large private event on the same night, which meant that we had to wait for a long time to even get the menus. It took over 2 hours for the food to arrive, some dishes were incorrect. In the end even the bill was inaccurate and we had to ask for a partial refund. It was disappointing that they didn’t offer to remove their service charge that was almost £40.

The pork was delicious, but they had run out of beef and chicken. The potatoes were cold and tasted like they had been sitting there all day.

A VERY noisy pub that also sells reasonable food. Don’t go there if you want to have a conversation with your other diners.

Busy, felt like a factory with the (pleasant) staff constantly moving you through your lunch and then letting you know they need the table (….and you must go). Won’t go back. The food was average but the experience was rushed.

Delicious roast but very expensive, there weren’t any extra frills that justified the price point in my opinion but it was very tasty. Nice atmosphere and lovely decor/venue. Good service. Would recommend
