   The lettuce wraps had long pieces of Romain instead of bib lettuce. I had to just cut it up and eat it like a salad instead of a wrap. Otherwise the flavor was good. During the week it would be nice if the batting simulator was less expensive. I understand on weekends but that's a lot for 1 hour during the week.

   Great place to have fun with the family. Good food and the whole family had fun. Good variety of games on the hitting simulator

   It was great. We brought our grandkids ages 6 and 8 and they had a blast. We only scheduled 30 minutes, so next time we will do an hour so they get more time. It was very fun.

   They lost our reservation so we waited 2 hours to use the batting experience. Our first round of drinks took 25 minutes to get and our food came out cold. It was not very busy when we arrived so I am unsure why the service was so poor. When the time finally arrived for our next time at the cages someone walked in front of us and just took our bay. The poor kids that were hosting just didn’t know what to do our how to manage the bays. Our bay ended up comped but there were multiple times the bay ran out of balls and paused and there was no one around to help us. We eventually figured out what to do and filled the ball area ourselves so we could continue playing. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. It felt like the staff was constantly overwhelmed and under trained.

   Everyone was super nice and helpful. Fair pricing for the amount of time in the batting booth. Food was good too

   The acoustics or ceiling sound tiles or something to help tone the noise level down a bit would be a good move.

   My daughter and I had a great time, we had fabulous service. Hayden helped us get set up and right there when we needed him for help! I would recommend this place to everyone looking to have fun night of ball with family or friends!!

   The food was great! Adult and kid friendly menu. Was our 1st time but will definitely be back with family and friends!

    50/50 on if we’d come back. The concept of The Ball Park is great! However, the rundown on how everything works is confusing. We booked the “Mezz” for my husband’s birthday. When reserving on OpenTable, I had no way of knowing if one of the bays for baseball was part of the reservation or not. Since there aren’t any pictures of the private space, I assumed there was a bay up on the mezzanine. My SIL figured out that the bays downstairs are a separate reservation. We were lucky that they had an opening, otherwise we would’ve been there for just the food. Then the $250 minimum is not up front and the bills can be separated. Just need to make sure the total from the party is at least $250. We loved the separate space for the birthday party. Very spacious and able to move around and mingle. Food was OK and the service you could tell they’re doing their best. Almost like the bar and restaurant is short staffed. The baseball was super fun, definitely worth the money to check that out.
