   Quite the worst experience my friends and have experienced locally and I have lived inv Rickmansworth for 50 years. The service was slow and when eventually we were able to order we were subsequently told they had no onion bhajis. Hot plates were delivered but the food came 20minutes later when they had become cold. There was a considerable draught whenever the front door opened. The fod was ok but overpriced for the quality. At the end of the meal the bill was presented which we divided and paid. The waitress then appeared a stated we had underpaid albeit the revised bill contained all the same items but totalled £15 extra. The poor girl did not know what to do and there was no effort made by the management to help her. AWFUL! Never going back!

   The restaurant has just opened so I think there are some teething problems. And it has the potential to get better. The lights are too bright; it feels and SOuNds like you are in a Bank the way the music and voices bounces around, as well as the staff. You also need an overdraft as you’ll be paying over £40 per head. And the food wasn’t quite on a par to the price. Parking is horrendous, but that’s not the restaurant’s fault. If you do park in the station expect to pay £8 for the courtesy. While the seats are comfortable, if you are short you’ll need a cushion to reach the table. I’ll return in the new year.

   Lived up to all the positive hype. Service was efficient and attentive. Food was exceptionally good, refreshingly different and used a clever combination of herbs and spices to create mouth watering regional dishes. The attention to detail and special interest provided by the head chef who made a point of talking to us about the food and his fascinating culinary background, as well as by the hospitality team was extraordinary. Touches such as the complimentary taster drink at the start added to that special feeling from an establishment keen to please and tempt back. We will certainly be returning. The only criticism, is that the main dining area feels cold and a little bleak in decor and ambience, compared to the feel and look of the more opulent and stylish atrium dining space.

   Had a lovely evening and enjoyed being fussed over. Warm welcome, great service and food. Delicious cocktails and lovely touches like the welcome drink. I'll definitely be back.

   Food was delicious and generous portions but service was poor. Not provided menus when sat at table, not asked about drinks for ages, not asked if wanted for more drinks, didn’t even know if was a dessert menu or coffee as never asked. Shame as food very good.

    Lovely food. Nice dining room although the atmosphere could be greatly improved if they dim the bright lighting so that it’s not such a clinical environment to eat in.
