Banquet took great care of our party and we had a blast! Ashanti was a great host and ensured we had anything we needed. The service was great and quick!

The ribs were tough Mac and cheese tasted like plastic. Jalapeño popper and bbq sauces only edible items. Then waitress more interested in flirting then bringing us our food and I asked for water 3 times before it was brought. I will never go to or recommend the Banquet in Fort McMurray. Terrible and expensive lesson.

My experience was absolutely amazing. We went bowling for my going away party and the service was nothing less than fantastic. However the price when I booked online said 19.99 and I ended up paying 50$ bit of a disappointment:(

The restaurant wasn’t busy but it took over an hour to get are food. We got are appetizers right before are meals. They forgot one of the appetizers and it was brought after the main meal. Waitress did not check on are table enough even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I called over 7 times to book a reservation and no one answered the phone. I’m not able to leave a voicemail so I had to book online. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the food was okay.

The food service is taking more than 2 hours, and the TVs are too small and zoomed in, making it difficult to watch properly. Staff are not friendly.

I booked a reservation for a group of 11 people and when we arrived we were told there was no space available for a group of 11. Each employee I spoke to directed me to check one of the other floors as my reservation may be up/down there instead. They gave me the run around for about 15 minutes until someone finally put together a table. We had to take extra chairs from nearby tables to accommodate our group. At the end of the meal, we were told only 1 bill could be printed as we were part of a reservation. This was a surprise, and we were overcharged for drinks/food we never received. One of the managers corrected this by issuing a $50 gift card, but a refund for the extra charge was not offered. My food was slightly burnt and I did not have the best experience overall.

We arrived around 1745 and ordered 2 Hazy IPA's. It was the Oilers Stanley Cup final game so we wanted to have a few drinks and watch. Well 45 minutes later we still had no drinks on the table. We decided to try and order from the bar instead but the server was at the bar and chatted with us. She informed us no Hazy IPA was available. So we ordered two fruity fairy beers or something called similar to that. Again, 45 more minutes go by and again we had no drinks. We ordered food from a different server/manager about 20 mins after arriving as well and this also did not come to the table until the game was almost over so 1.5 hours. My Cesar salad was soggy and appeared to have been sitting for a while, my friends lettuce wraps were cold. After 1.5 hours of waiting we told the server to just bring us any beer at this point. Finally with about 10 mins left of the game, the servers served us about 10 beers as if we were still interested in drinking at this point. We paid for all the drinks even though we no longer needed them or were going to drink them due to the fact that the game was over. I was extremely disappointed in the service and management of this situation as well as the fact that we still paid for everything even though we obviously were not going to drink 8 beers which arrived 1.5 hours and then some later. No apology or responsibility taken by the establishment/management for this gong show.

Made a reservation for 14 people, for a bachelorette party. We arrived and it seemed like they hadn’t prepared for us. We were seated in a corner hidden away .. this would be a nice spot for a private quiet setting not ideal for a group of people who came to have a fun time and socialize. Service was very poor, extremely slow, hardly came to our table .. the restaurant was not busy enough to justify these wait times. One of our guests slipped on water on the floor and fell, and number of staff witnessed this and didn’t offer to help, check on her or even clean up the water on the floor. Overall poor experience.
