   We had to wait in line for 20 minutes despite having made reservations. There were empty tables but they still made people wait. They were clearly understaffed but unconcerned. The person who delivered the food (not our waitress) got the order wrong and sent out the trout ... without any trout! When they returned the trout was cold and didn't have the accompanying sauce. We cannot recommend this restaurant. Such a disappointment.

   Brunch on a sunny Sunday was just perfect. Lovely food and great service in a wonderful setting.

   I met a friend here for the first time, we were initially impressed, but having sat down in the centre of the indoor cafe, we found the noise levels deafening and not easy to have a conversation, conversely the food was delicious lovely and fresh and well presented. The service was ok the waitress was efficient, not not welcoming or friendly. The cost was fine, although we did feel that 10% service charge for just coffee and cake was quite unnecessary especially as nobody came to check if we were happy and required any further service.

   Excellent food as always! Service was great too - definitely recommend a visit! Try the pancake stack!!!

   Lovely friendly staff Amazing freshly cooked breakfast Not cheap but very good Just moved to missendon so will be there regularly

   We visited on a very busy Friday afternoon so it was a bit chaotic when we first arrived. The staff were lovely and friendly. The best bit was the food. Every mouthful was absolutely delicious. Would definitely return.

   The food was good and our waitress was very friendly, but the restaurant was freezing due to the door to the outside dining area constantly being left open by customers and staff alike. At one stage one of the waitresses slammed the door shut when we asked for it to be closed. This unfortunately ruined the enjoyment of what should have been a pleasant lunch.

    Nice selection of cakes etc the barn kitchen is set in a beautiful location with farm shop on site.
