   We have visited Bartonville Store many times. We enjoy the food and atmosphere very much. This visit was specifically to see Rachal Patman, who we've seen here before and love her. Most times we've been to Bartonville Store, it has been pretty crowded, so last night was not an exception, even being Valentine's Day. The food was very good, as we've come to expect. However, the service was extremely disappointing. Not sure if our server was new or if she was just having a bad night. She took our water "order" as soon as we sat down, however took more than 10 minutes to get water. Then our drink orders were another 25 minutes before they arrived. With the bar being blamed and that she was not allowed to go to the bar to inquire and that they were just "backed up". Any time we needed anything it was difficult to capture her attention and then took a long time to deliver to respond to our request. Often times, she forgot and we had to remind her of whatever it was we needed. All in all, we still love the place and will go back. Hopes that this experience was definitely an exception and not the new rule. Oh....and what is this "Non Cash Adjustment" on our bill?? We noticed an additional $7 on our receipt after we got home. Seems like at this pricepoint...the establishment should pay their own credit card fees, but at the very least disclose it.

   We enjoyed our visit. It was very very popular so hence service was a bit slow. But staff very pleasant and food when it eventually came was very good. Will definitely be back but will try a week day when hopefully it will be a little quieter.

   They changed the menu since our last visit. We were not in love with the new menu.

   Great evening watching live music and fun with friends. Friendly service, good food and great music. Love the vibe and casual friendliness. Would love to see another vegetarian option but enjoyed the nachos and just had them hold the meat.

   We went for the music when our favorite San Antonio band was playing, but the food and atmosphere convinced us to go back and check out some other bands! The space is cozy with nice lighting, and everything is set up well for watching the music with options to sit very close or farther back in the narrow room if you don't want to be too close. Though we wondered if the music would sound "right" in such a small space, the acoustics were great. Our service was excellent! Kylie kept our waters full, checked on us often, and was just generally friendly and efficient on a busy night. Food was also a hit; we enjoyed the deviled eggs, mashed potatoes, and shwarma sandwich. Drinks were reasonably priced, and though we didn't try any fancy cocktails, they had some that sounded fun, and beer selection was varied. Looks like there's a cool backyard space to check out when weather gets nicer, so we'll definitely be back!

   We’ve been to Jeters before and had awesome experiences—the music is always fantastic. However, this visit was a big disappointment. The wait times for service were way too long, and when we finally got our orders, some were wrong. To top it off, we had to go to the bar ourselves just to get drinks. It’s a shame because the atmosphere and music are great, but the service this time really missed the mark.

   We love this restaurant but were disappointed to find they had changed the menu and took off the red fish dish. The best entree ever. I ordered the shrimp and grits and it was excellent. We shared the Caesar salad, unfortunately it tasted like it came out of a bag. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak which he’s ordered before. He said they changed the recipe and it was not good as it use to be. We’ll continue to support The Bartonville Store because we like the live music and want to keep local businesses open but it did not meet the expectations we’ve had before. Music was great and service was good.

   This is the best small entertainment venue in DFW. Great musicians with excellent acoustics and sound systems. You will love the service and speakeasy atmosphere.

    The food was really delicious, the service with Harley was the best I have had in a long time and the music is absolutely the best in DFW. Just pick a date with music you like and you will have a truly memorable experience.
