   The atmosphere here is unbeatable. We have been coming back for years. It is a slice of heaven. However, the food has gone very downhill over the last several years. I believe most things are premade. The last couple of years they have been out of a lot of things. This year we must have named 3 or 4 things that they said they were out of. When we asked for a dessert menu they basically laughed and said “all we have is a brownie.” The brownie, which we have had before, seems like a packaged brownie. I don’t understand how difficult it is for a restaurant to purchase some vanilla ice cream or, in the keys, a key lime pie and some whipped cream, just to avoid that embarrassing situation. Also please be aware that for parties of 6 or more gratuity is included even though the bottom of the receipt says “gratuity not included.” We continue to return, only for the atmosphere. However, they know this, so they make no attempt at keeping up the quality or consistency of their food.

   Beyond upsetting and frustrating!. Had reservation and hostess refused to accept it and moved it back . I've never seen it in my life. Empty tables all over the place. 2 people were amazing. One was the bartender as she was so nice. The other was a woman who was running around helping everywhere. She was great and made up for the incompetent waiter. Been coming here for 10 years and.... you need a new hostess and someone to manage the place during dinner. Either that, or empower the nice girl with the authority to get things right.

   Food was great along with an amazing sunset view. Service however was very slow and not very attentive.

   I simply Love this place. The food was delicious. The waiter was very attentive. The ambiance was perfect. It’s a true gem.

   Unfortunately we have a bad server who forgot our first drink order which we didn’t receive for over 40 minutes. Then had to go to the bar to get our second round. They forgot my dinner. My wife’s came out and I had to then after 10-15 minutes ask for mine. They finally switched out to a new server. The venue is great and the ambient e the same but we had a bad experience

    We loved the place but the attention of the host was terrible, very bad experience. We arrived without a reservation and she told us that there were no more tables available if we didn't have a reservation (more than half of the tables were empty). We left and I went to the page to make the reservation, there was immediate availability to make the reservation and I made it, when I come back I show the reservation to another host because she was busy and she let us in and we were telling her that if we could sit at a table closer to the sea because she took us to the worst table of all, and the first host came running after us and told us no, that we could only sit there, not at any other table (there were more than 4 tables that we wanted available) they were empty the whole time we were there, they were never occupied, she just didn't want Us to sit there. Very bad experience, very bad service only from the host, the waiters and the rest of the experience was very pleasant !
