   The Bedford by Martha Stewart has become a must-visit for us every time we're in Las Vegas, and it never fails to impress. The ambiance is beautifully curated--modern yet reserved--with tasteful seasonal decorations that make the space feel inviting and elegant. On this visit, we missed our usual server, Jeanette, as she was finishing her shift, however we had an equally wonderful server Ishmael as he delivered outstanding service. He was not only attentive but also entertaining, ensuring our dining experience was as delightful as ever. We started with drinks and appetizers, including the bread basket and zucchini flowers, both of which were perfectly executed. For our mains, I had the scallops with risotto and a side of mushrooms, while my husband ordered the ragu. The scallops were cooked to perfection, and the risotto was incredible--a dish that can often be hit-or-miss at restaurants. My husband absolutely loved his ragu, which was rich and flavorful. Dessert was the cherry on top. The chocolate cake was decadent, and Ishmael surprised us with complimentary crème brûlée, which was so good I could have easily gone back for seconds! Overall, The Bedford delivers exceptional food and service in a beautifully crafted setting. A huge thank you to Ishmael and the entire team for another fantastic dining experience.    Les présentations des plats étaient très ordinaires et manquaient de raffinements. Même le choix des accompagnements n’allaient pas avec tous les plats principaux. De plus pour avoir du pain nous aurions du débourser 25$ ce qui est extrêmement désagréable. Nous n’avions pas le choix d’un menu . C’était un tarif fixe à 175 US p/p. Pas mal déçus.

   Excellent food and generous portions. Martha knows good food and they are her recipes. I would definitely recommend.

   Fixed menu was not inspiring and overpriced. Poor choice of limited pairings. Pasta and potatoes? Risotto with Mac and chesse?

   The decor is beautiful and the vibe is nice however, the drinks were not good and the crab cakes were awful. They are prepared with an outer crust and a lot of filler/breading and ours was served warm…not hot. It’s unfortunate, we had high expectations.

   Super leckeres Essen, Service auf Zack. Location eher mittelmäßig da man im Durchlauf sitzt, der Geräuschpegel der Musik und durchlaufenden Leute ist ziemlich hoch. Für unser Hochzeitsessen eher unpassend. Aber das Essen war der Wahnsinn!

   Mediocre experience at best. They ran out of the items to make Manhattans - is that possible? Drinks and food delivery were slow. Sides didn’t even come out with the main meal. Beautiful dining room area, but it was not worth the price to look at a pretty room and not have a better dining experience. Martha, you let us down.

    Food and service were good. Perogies were amazing, chicken ridiculously overpriced. Upside down lemon meringue was delish!! Felt the table setting and appearance was lacking. Not a fancy table (paid for experience at Martha's wing backed chairs) - overrated. No table cloth or fancy settings at all. Plain jane. Didn't feel the Martha love.
