   Selected this restaurant for dinner while my family was in town for the weekend. Service was great and ambiance was just as pictured online and social media. We enjoyed the food and even took some home because of the decent portion you get. We chose to sit outside on the patio and in the evening the ambiance is so nice with fire pits throughout the patio. She reminded me multiple times that I selected a great choice for dinner. She enjoyed it very much. Thanks for showing my family the hospitality of the bay. ❤️

   Valentines day seems to be a bad time to go. Lot’s of people and reduced menu. I think the prices went up from when I went a year ago. I ordered fish and chips and one of my pieces of fish was very tough. I had to leave it on the plate.

   Came to the Berkeley Boathouse on Valentine’s Day. With the limited menu that we received, the following judgement would not be the most astounding as I was expecting to eat off their original menu. I did not indulge in the Valentine’s Day special menu in its entirety, however, the service was impeccable, and that was the greatest part of the dinner. Shoutout Roger!

   We love coming to the Boathouse. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming! The food is so delicious! I would recommend it to anyone.

   We ordered the avocado toast, but the bread was not fresh and had been grilled with used oil, giving it an unpleasant smell.

   The staff was excellent! Very nice atmosphere. Our waiter was stellar all the way! However, the food was horrible, and unseasoned. I will not be back.

   The food was excellent. The Calamari Fritti was soft and lightly breaded, just the way I like it. The Cioppino was generously portioned and well prepared. The cheesecake was tasty, I only wish it was bigger! Our server was amazing. She gave us time to linger. After the Cioppino, when I asked about a wet nap, she brought me a damp cloth napkin to clean my hands and a fresh napkin to dry my hands.

   Went with four adults, 3 year old and newborn. They were very accommodating providing us a table with room for the stroller. Waiter attentive. Food very good.

    Nice table very quiet Roger our server was excellent. only free parking is across the street parking in their lot is $40. The crab and shrimp sandwich was excellent though a little overpriced at $29 . The Caesar salad was average The calamari appetizer was great and we really enjoyed the wine flights. Would go back early enough to watch the sunset from the patio
