1st visit. Have been wanting to find something new. Bit confusing to get in and parked but made sense afterwards. The lack of information on arrangements can be a little off-putting. Once settled... Food was nice & staff friendly and accommodating. Starter great but a little disappointed with the sizing of my pork belly main dish. The fish & chips and pie dish were fine. Didn't get a chance to sample dessert as although it was a birthday lunch, the boys were itching to get going. I'd go back again but would say it's more of a casual place for social eating.

Food was lovely, good size portions. Service was great. Only minor point it was very quiet so was lacking a little ambience.

The Bistro at Shamrock Quay is a great dog friendly, welcoming and friendly place to have a beer/wine and some food. It is very relaxed whilst providing professional and warm service with great food! Would highly recommend The bistro for lunch and/or dinner or simply for a drink in a friendly and relaxed environment!

Service was excellent and friendly. Food was fab. We both had fish &chips and I ordered profiteroles for desert. Wow! They seemed to be homemade and were very yummy! We weren't rushed to finish, even though it was becoming much busier. Loved it here, will return and can recommend.

Second time we have been there and both times have been great. The food is good and the staff are always friendly and, although they look a little over-stretched at times, they are very welcoming.

We are regulars at the Bistro and enjoy the food and drinks. We particularly appreciate the warm welcome each time and great service. They are very accommodating and it’s always enjoyable
