   This was my second visit and would recommend. The food was very good with generous portions. Staff were attentive. Will definitely be back again.

   I was given gift vouchers for the bistro so took a friend to celebrate her birthday , wow what an outstanding lunch ,the welcome ,service and food we're outstanding, please give this hidden gem a try you will not be disappointed.

   Everything very good except the seating at the tables was not very comfortable. This stopped us giving 5 stars in all categories.

   I would give The Bistro more than 5 stars if I could. It’s the most welcoming atmosphere-entirely due to the wonderful staff and then there is the food. Every dish is beautifully thought out and amazingly presented. Great cocktails and a varied wine list just top things off. Highly recommended.

   This was our first visit to The Bistro and we were delighted. Everything was perfect from when we arrived until we left. Every single member of staff were an absolutely pleasure to deal with, attentive without being overbearing, friendly and just really lovely people in general. The food was delicious, we had the rib eye with garlic prawns and that alone will make us definitely return. The steak is sourced from a local butcher and it was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back.

   The food from start to finish was absolutely cooked to perfection. Our first visit to the eatery and it won’t be the last. Staff were excellent also and the service was first class.

   A little portion of mashed potatoes would have made the lamb dish much nice

    I would highly recommend this Bistro food, service and wine list were excellent 👍, however attention does need to be taken in cleaning the tables as ours was very sticky
