We really enjoyed our dinner and the soft music which created a peaceful and romantic atmosphere. Daniel was an excellent waiter and the wine was superb

Menu items that were offered at the Bistro for years are gone replaced with weird apps, salads, and entrees. There were 2 tables seated at prime time Saturday evening.

food was just not good. Pastry appetizer tasted like it was a frozen microwaved thing. Salad was bitter and poorly matched with dressing. smoked salmon app was very bad- like cnned tuna. need yo up the game

The Bistro has a new menu this year. We ordered an appetizer with truffles but there was no truffle flavor at all, just mornay in a cream puff pastry. The salad was good. One person ordered sole, which was excellent. The other entree was boeuf bourguignon, which was served over mashed potatoes. It was okay but would not order it again. Overall, the service was excellent and very attentive to details. The new menu is disappointing and we will eat elsewhere at Snowbird.

It was our first visit here and had a very nice dinner! The place looks to have undergone a remodel compared to the online picture, food was tasty and the service was as good. The restaurant has a laid back vibe, with bistro music playing în the background. Looking forward to return next time we are in Alta/ Snowboard. Thank you!

The bistro at snowbird resort was truly high end French dining - the menu was prepared & presented superbly - you must dine at the snowbird bistro !!!

The Bistro is the place at the Bird where you feel like a local and want to be a regular, where you settle in for the evening and your mountain friends keep showing up. Good food. Good value. Can’t get enough of the Moules Marinière.

Service was great and it’s a nice place. Very expensive considering the unexceptional food. $45 wagyu steak was only ok, and it’s served with fries!

We recently enjoyed a delightful dinner at the Lodge Bistro in Snowbird. Gorgeous view,attentive service, and excellent food. I had escargot in a lemon garlic and white wine sauce. Done perfectly. My main course was pan seared trout. Small portion but perfectly prepared. My daughter had the coc au vin. It was excellent. Generous portion with tender chicken in a bistro sauce that was delicious.
