A warm welcome from our family lead team, a seasonal menu of European and British dishes sourced from fresh seasonal ingredients sits along side a regularly changing specials board. Simon, Tom and the kitchen team are incredibly passionate about their food and offering dishes that you will want to eat.

A well chosen range of wines, beers and spirits, sourced from local suppliers offer something for every thirst!

The pub has a great feel with a statement dining room, dog friendly Agricultural Bar and unique and stunning garden for the sunny days. We hope everyone will enjoy their visit to us

    A super lunch today. Staff attentive and engaging. Food was super and tasty. Not cheap but well worth the cost. We have been several time and have always had a super time.

    Food was nice but the room was freezing. We asked for the heat to be turned up and that thawed the room slightly. The two parties which arrived after us asked to be seated "somewhere warm" which suggests that cold rooms are not unusual.

    A lovely lunch from the bargain £12 Tuesday menu. Although busy excellent friendly and efficient service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

    Meal took ages. Than 1 meal was missing. Which was replaced with a quick meal for free . Table staff were excellent and friendly. I won’t be going back any time soon.

    Roast dinners were delicious but I’ve desserts were questionable with under cooked crumble and cold Crème Brulee. The main reason for a low score is due to service. The staff are not attentive, got our order wrong several times, seemed annoyed if we asked for anything and over charged us. Staff definitely let the place down!

    We have always had a great meal here and the service has been lovely. Summer in the garden is fabulous! Good food!
